My husband chose the Swedish massage with cupping, while I treated myself to the full-body lymphatic drainage massage along with a hair and scalp massage. Between the two of us, we've had massages in Corona, Palm Desert, Cancun, and several higher-end spas. Surprisingly, none of those experiences ever inspired me to write a review. My massage therapist, Coco, was wonderful. She adjusted her pressure throughout the session, checked in frequently, and knew exactly when to be gentle and when to apply deeper pressure. My husband had an equally positive experience and felt comfortable enough with the staff to try cupping for the first time. When the session was over, I genuinely felt lighter, more relaxed, and refreshed. I could even see a noticeable difference in how my face and body looked afterward. I would not recommend this place at all. I paid for a 90 minute full body massage and asked for a very gentle massage. The masseuse was very rough and kept digging into my back. I asked the masseuse repeatedly to be more gentle as I was in pain from their rough technique. He would nod and say yes and continue to be rough. At some point, it felt like they were digging harder into my back after I asked them to be gentle. An hour went by and I had enough. Not only was it the most painful massage I have had but he literally spent a whole 60 minutes on my center back and just kept digging his thumbs into the center of my back. He did not massage my shoulders, neck, arms, nothing. Mind you, I paid for a 90 minute FULL BODY massage. Once I finally told the masseuse I wanted to end the session, he brought the front receptionist (I'm Assuming the Manager) to help translate. I told both of them I did not want to move forward with the remaining time of my massage due to the pain I had from how hard he was massaging my back and they both just nodded. The manager walked away and I assumed they understood so I began to get off the table and the masseuse continued to massage my back and try to tell me to lay back down that there was still time left for my massage. I had to say no repeatedly and just get off the table for them to understand I no longer wanted a massage. It was very weird how many times I had to say no to stop the massage and to get the masseuse to finally leave the room. I still paid full price! The next day I ended up with two small bruises on my back from where the masseuse was digging his thumbs into. NEVER coming here again read more

Ive been here twice - the first time was a couples massage when my partner and myself had to wait about 15 minutes after we arrived for the massage to begin. the room had a slight odour that i can only descrbine as corn. My most recent visit was highly unenjoyable. I did my best to relieve myself well before the massage began, but nature called again halfway through the hour. when i informed my massage therapist i had to use the restroom, they refused, explaining that there was only one suitable toilet for use and it was currently occupied. When i impressed upon them that it was an absolute emergency they laughed at me and told me to "go get it over with" and, shockingly, there was a toilet available for me to use right away. so after being lied to about something as rudementary as the restroom, i will not return. a friend of mine describes this place as the "okayest happy ending" massage palor read more

I have been very sore over the last few weeks from getting back into my workout routine. When I walked in for the first time, I was greeted immediately and taken right back without a wait time, which I was especially pleased with since I booked my appointment at the last minute. In addition, their hours are accomodating so that I don't have to leave work early to get a massage. The massage itself: AMAZING! Not technical, the ladies really listen to what you ask them to focus on. The staff at the Miss U Spa location were very professional and skilled in providing massage therapy. I suffer from chronic back pain and my masseuse was Cathy, she asked about my pain and recommended in addition to my massage, a hot stone treatment. She was able to open loosen my back with her massage and walking on my back and then the hot stone therapy really made me forget that I had any back pain. I was visiting from Florida and my friend and I found this place and decided to have a massage. Best decision ever. My masseuse was Yolo, and my friend's masseuse was Wendy. The ladies gave the best massage I have ever had and I am used to getting quality massages on a monthly basis where I have a membership elsewhere, but I must say these ladies are top notch.
