We originally had about a 7 week wait, but to my delight he called me and was able to get the job done about 5 weeks early. The installer (I think his name is Rich- how awful of me to forget) came out did a superb job installing a new railing, newl post, and spindles. He was neat, friendly, efficient, and he cleaned up really well. He even swept our outside walk where he was doing his cutting and sanding. All in all, this was a seamless enjoyable experience. In the process of selling our house the inspection turned up the need for a dry well and some…read morerepairs to the septic system. I called 3 different companies that all came in around the same price, however I chose County Line because of their professionalism and promptness in responding to the request for quote. Each time I called the company to ask a question or schedule the work, the office staff were very friendly, passed on information to the owners and the owners called me back very quickly. When they came into the house to run the plumbing for the dry well, they were very courteous and did their best to be quiet as they were working near my home office. They got the job done quickly, put down grass seed and straw to repair the lawn and even used a blower on the driveway, leaving it cleaner than when they showed up. I'd recommend County Line for any of our septic needs.
