I lasted over 7 hours which i think is pretty good for a first in person tournament and i had at that point only played for a few month. My experience was great. The players here were of different skill levels and friendly. Since it was my first in person game, I was used to playing online poker where everything was automated and so I thank everyone on my table for reminding me when to post my blinds and ante. The dealers where terrific and friendly as well. I was not too far from the the bubble too. Also they have unlimited sodas. Monthly membership rates are reasonable too.

Been playing here regularly for 3 years. Last night had an unfortunate incident that they handled…read moreall wrong. my table broke and I was assigned a new tournament table. They recently remodeled and moved tables around. I went to where my new table assignment used to be to learn it was now in another room. I cut through the bathroom instead of walking through the entire establishment as you are supposed to go directly to your next table. I was informed shortly after that going through the bathroom with tournament chips was not allowed due to camera issues. They pulled my chips and disq me from the tournament. This rule is not posted in any rules, on any forms, nor is there ANY signage stating no tournament chips beyond this point (bathroom). I was also informed I was not the first player they did this to. if this is such a major issue, WHY NO SIGNS???? I won't return for a while. There are other clubs that others are moving to as well that has their acts together.

Just cancelled on us day of the event. Says their van broke down...but we can't understand why…read moreanother van can't be rented. Equipment is supposedly spread out but how does that have anything to do with the one van breaking down? Explanation was definitely not clear, communication has been awful. We have used them in the past and we're pleased with their services. Hate to put a bad review out there but we are extremely disappointed in how this situation has been handled. If anyone uses them going forward be sure to include in your contact that upon their cancellation they will be responsible for securing another casino company replacement. Now finding out that he has done this to several others.

This is a fraudulent vendor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have known in my first few emails…read morewith him that this was a scam. I reached out multiple times to get a contract, which I never got. I mistakenly gave him my payment info and was charged for the entire thing instead of just the deposit, which is what was supposed to have been charged. When I emailed to cancel my event and ask for a refund, I never got a response. BEWARE!!!
