The workers varied from really nice and helpful to grumpy and appearing to hate their jobs. The place in general is a money pit, but I think you know that going into it. We happened to get in on a BOGO special. Otherwise the price seems crazy high. The roller coaster was one activity that seemed to be running very inefficient. It took forever for them to load the carts. They did jump workers around to different activities so everything isn't always open and the times posted didn't actually match up to when they were open.

Enter: Capital City Limousine. We used them for all three days (to the festival and back) of ACL weekend one, and we have zero regrets about it! We had many different drivers, and every one of them was polite, friendly, and laid back. More importantly, they were all punctual and accommodating of our last-minute location changes and times. The cars themselves were comfortable and clean, and the offer of water bottles when you first get in was a nice touch. She offered to put cold water in the car for my mother and in a matter of moments sent me the paperwork and we were all booked for a BMW sedan.... a few days later, my mother unfortunately had a medical issue and I had to cancel... Pamela was so kind and understanding - she cancelled my booking without any complaint and even agreed to honor the rate the next time I booked. I will def be using them in the future! A great company with a great heart!!!
