I was so disappointed when the car did not start but fortunately I found the phone number on line for Close Towing . A nice guy answered the phone and told me that someone would be out in 45 minutes. They kept in touch and showed up on time . Kevin who I believe is the manger came out himself as he had promised a 45 minute wait and they kept their promise. Kevin said lets give this some time since the car has been sitting . After the car started Kevin shared valuable advise on dealing with my 12 year old car as it was shaking at 1st. I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I explained the issue to the tow driver, who arrived in about an hour's time. He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable.
