I had them tow them to a nearby Chevy dealer, who contacted me in the morning and said that my muffler was hanging on the ground and that some brackets were also up under the car were damaged. My car issue was with the starter and electrical issues it is a keyless entry and had nothing to do with the muffler! The mechanic explained that this commonly happens when a tow driver removes it off the flatbed improperly and the exhaust gets bent. And then the driver tried to hide it by tucking it up underneath until he had left and got the okay for the drop off from the dealerships examination. So they found it out after the fact and now the tow driver and company will not admit fault and is trying to blame it on the dealership who had nothing to do with the muffler. I had an extended warranty and should not have had to pay anything and now I have to go to court over something that I didn't even do and had no knowledge of. I was not able to stay with the car at the time of the towing because I had a ride and they had to go to work that day on a day shift. So I'm not impressed with this company for not owing up to what they did and me having to waste my valuable time going to court for something that I didn't even do and really don't know anything about and I'm just going by the professional mechanics who inform me of what they did. Do not use them they are shady! And also very disrespectful on the phone and very smart.

They also said needed brakes, calipers rotors all around, they said everything was $ 2200. I let them do the job, they said it would take a week, it took them 3 weeks, then when I was ready to pay the guy tells me $4200. I said the quote was $2200, then he says oh well, I'll give you the discount of $3800, are you serious? I asked for my truck back , now it's $2200. I paid, they said they would be finished up that evening, I asked could they bring to my house, no problem, tow truck comes but my truck in yard, don't knock on door or nothing, just so happen I saw him, I'm like where's the keys, in the truck, this man in such a rush. I say where's the hub caps to the wheels, he look he say on front seat, so you can't put everything back like it was. I drove it it seem fine, brakes work, but they emptied the gas didn't even replace it, I mean zero drop, I don't think I could go to the gas station, I had to call AAA. This place sucks and a rip off! Don't go here ever! Don't even get gas there!

After no updates for 2 hours, I texted asking if he will still be making it out. Mind you, this is road side assistance in Michigan winter weather. I see that he read the text, and get a message from State Farm saying that ZAD Towing will no longer be coming out for assistance. I then got a text from ZAD claiming State Farm removed the job from their list. If you need someone reliable, go elsewhere.

Awful service, angry people, and no respect for the customer. When I first spoke with George he…read moresounded like a cool guy, respectful and straight forward. George and I agreed on a price and arranged a pick up time. After agreeing on the contract John calls back and tells me he is charging a dry run fee of $150 because he went to pick up the vehicle and it was not payed for. Are you kidding me? Shouldn't a driver, "who has years of experience" as they say, know to call the pick up location before driving out to pick up the vehicle, to call the customer and tell them there are more fees, to at least stick around at the pick up location and work with the customer knowing that this business always has many types of situations. The driver instead leaves immediately, calls no one and decides to cheat extra money from his customer. The worst part is I decided to pay the dry run fee and call it even, but then John disclosed he will now charge more money for each hour he waits around. What! Unfair and scandalous way to treat a paying customer. Paying top dollar of 650$ to move a vehicle 35 miles and this is what happens.
