My mother unfortunately is still a patient there. They did not tell her she had cancer- she found out over two weeks after Dr Kerzer got the results by a separate doctor outside the practice she had happened to go see. She had a biopsy done on Monday and is currently in pain. When we called the office we had to speak to the on call doctor. After a 2 hour wait he called, said he doesn't know the specifics of her case and won't prescribe anything to her, and she should wait till Tuesday when Dr Kerzer is back in the office or go to the emergency room. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Despite being a busy Friday night, every provider from start to finish was polite and genuinely concerned about her health as she had previously been misdiagnosed elsewhere. She was treated by RNP Russ Dufresne, who is an asset to both this center and the medical profession as a whole. I'm a first responder and I've never witnessed such thorough treatment in action. If we didn't reside over two hours away, I'd want him as our PCP. Thanks to him, my daughter is finally recovering.

In the end, they just write you a subscription for generic Tylenol that costs more than the over-the-counter brand name and tell you to see your PCP. And of course, they won't accept any out-of-state insurance or any insurance not on a short list of insurance networks. Which is probably why I later got a bill for X-rays neither taken or agreed to. They were probably trying to commit insurance fraud but since I don't have insurance and I know for a fact that I didn't have X-rays taken or agreed to be taken, they're out of luck. But don't even try to contact someone in billing for information about the phony bill. They won't answer the phone or emails sent to the email address listed on the bill.

They are always willing to get you right into the office when you are having a problem. It is a large practice with several other good doctors. The only thing is sometimes the office staff is a little snippy on the phone but I believe it is because the practice is so large maybe they do not have enough help. Dr. Frankel, Maria and the rest of her staff know their skin& leading medical science! The practice is super professional and compassionate. Since meeting Dr. Frankel I simply admire how she incorporates a holistic approach to modern skin medicine; which in today's busy lifestyles often is overlooked by patients (but not by an outstanding practitioner) . I've been to other practices and thought it was the standard to always feel dissatisfied with the level of care, ineffective treatments with medicines that had harmful side effects and not to mention tolerating the poor demeanor of those clinicians. I'm glad I kept searching and found Dr. Frankel!
