I've been here a few more times and really enjoy the dedication to detail. Today I ordered a rainbow bagel with fruity pebble cream cheese and she pressed some fresh fruity pebbles onto the cream cheese for a satisfying CRUNCH. I thought that was a great detail, I would have been happy with the fruity pebble cream cheese alone but this extra addition really set it off. Born & raised in NYC, I'm known to be picky about my bagels. Before visiting Knot Just Bagels there wasn't a bagel spot in NJ that made me consider visiting for a second time, but I just might have to make this place my go-to. Upon entering, I had two thoughts: - The decor and ambiance is so cute, with ample seating and cute branding all around! - These bagels are HUGE, and the flavor variety in bagels and smears are extensive! When first seeing these thick, puffy bagels I definitely had my doubts. I didn't think they were going to be good, but boy was I wrong. Freshly baked, perfectly chewy, and surprisingly their bagel breakfast sandwiches toast up well the day after. The flavor list of bagels was massive, and definitely is peaking my interest to try every single one in the future. Unlike most other bagel shops I've visited in the past, all their toppings and smears aren't on display -- admittedly confusing me at first since I couldn't get a good look at the quality before purchasing, but I then realized it's because the number of variations they have wouldn't be able to fit in a display case. I mean come on --- fruity pebbles cream cheese?! If I had seen that before ordering I would have been sold. They also offer a mystery flavor of the (day? week? I don't remember other than it was a mystery) which is super fun. I opted for an everything egg bagel with scallion cream cheese & bacon, and the stand out star for me was the smear. I wasn't expecting it to be as fresh as it was, but it tasted homemade & as if the scallions were freshly chopped that morning. Love me some high quality fresh ingredients! 2/3 times I've been I've received full refunds because they have messed up my order. 1st time I waited a half hour for my meal and it came out wrong the manger immediately fixed it, 2nd time perfect no complaints so I went a 3rd time, me and my boyfriend were literally the only customers in there when ordering a breakfast sandwich home fries and bagel with butter. Why did the bagel with butter never come out after a HALF HOUR. WHY? because they said they were busy. My boyfriend finished his entire meal before they even made my bagel because I went to the front and asked if I'm not receiving it I'd like a refund. The restaurant was not busy, a total of 4 people were in the restaurant. I've been in the industry for years I think that is a ridiculous excuse. One because why would you not finish your order ticket before sending it out, they could have communicated it to me which they didn't because they forgot about my order. Two if it was busy which would be from mobile orders wouldn't you prioritize your seated customers first? I don't believe this would have happened if the manager was in the restaurant because she is very helpful. Will not be going back. Customer service sucks and is rude. I'll give 2 stars tho because the foods actually good, when you receive it or if they make it right. read more

Happy Tuesday Adventurers! I stopped by their new location on Main Street, while having previously been located in the plaza near the Modera apartments; I was excited to try them out! I haven't really had a decent bagel since well, I honestly can't remember. So being able to order an onion bagel was wonderful! I can't even find them in stores??? I chose eggs, ham, and cream cheese on a toasted onion bagel. I should have gotten cream cheese on the side because the heat basically made the whole thing fall apart. But the bagel was really fluffy and tasty, so it probably contributed to it. I love that there is a front and a back entrance since these days Main sucks with double parking. The other thing I really liked was when they run out of a specific bagel they let everyone on staff know, particularly if there are some in the oven baking. The fact that anyone would leave a 5 star review is mind boggling to me. The old location was a solid 3. The new location is a solid 1. Bagel is far from cooked and chewy. I used to live down the shore and now that I have moved up this way, I can never find a good bagel. My best friend is from north jersey and concurs. It's a shame because the location is nice inside and out and the service is also great. The best Bagel place in Main Street, Woodbridge. The Bagels are fresh and when toasted create that taste that's crispy on the outside and really soft in the inside. I ordered the toasted egg bagel with cream cheese. It's tasted Amazing. It's do it yourself coffee. You will get a cup and you will be able to choose the coffee you want at their self service coffee station. Used to love it here, but when you are over charging to a ridiculous degree- I don't think I will be back. Bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese and it was more than double the price of the bagel to add veggie cream cheese on the bagel.
