When I finally had the chance to say why we were there she said it wasn't possible for us to look around because they are an appointment only shop. I get businesses have policies and she may have been overwhelmed with the load of the day but her delivery was very rude and off putting. It's unfortunate because we would have booked an appointment if we saw what we were looking for but I wouldn't trust someone so rude to pierce my skin.

I can't speak highly enough of Nurse Alexis and Nurse Q who were so diligent and so patient with our niece. We wanted to get fine line Star Wars themed tattoos -- we provided the image and they advised to make the image a little bigger so the lines won't look shriveled over time. We agreed with their recommendation and got to the table with not much of wait. Everyone was very inviting, the place itself looked really cool and eclectic. I immediately thought of coming back for a flash deal if we were ever in town again! Very clean, very sterile, and very friendly -- so why one less star?? Unfortunately both our fine line tattoos have faded by the end of the week. The pressure didn't feel deep enough for either of us and the line work is VERY light. We already want them touched up but since we're not from the area, we'd have to find another artist. BUT that shouldn't take away fully from the good experience! Maybe if we weren't leaving to the airport after this, we would've been able to speak up and say to go a smidge thicker. Or perhaps we should've visited in the beginning of our trip so we can return for touch ups at the end of our trip after the first couple of days of healing. Not sure. But still good vibes here!
