They were extremely diligent in their adherence to sterilization protocols and examination of my initial piercings. Because of Randy's careful examination of my ears, only one ear needed a full re-pierce and the other ear just needed a slight stretch in the piercing. It was much less painful this time around than it was 20 years ago (w/a piercing gun at Claire's!). I had such a great experience here I would definitely return and get additional piercings! My ears healed well (different experience than the first time) and I'm excited to wear earring again!

Amazing from start to finish! I was traveling to Atlanta for a business trip and I've decided as…read morepart of my travels to commemorate my travels by getting a tattoo. So months ago I began looking and found a couple of good shops. I reached out to each and Liberty was highly responsive to my inquiries. So about two weeks before they let me know Zak would be the artist and to reach out to him directly. We chatted via Instagram messenger and we decided on a date and time. Flash forward to Monday the 14th of March, I ubered up and headed to Liberty. From moment one Zak and I chatted and he was honest about the initial pictures I had sent him and the fact that they'd be hard to replicate. So we started looking for images and when I found the first attached picture. He was like that will work perfectly and will be one that lasts and won't loose it's integrity. So then he prepped the design in two sizes and we both agreed the larger one would be better. He also was able to place it an an area that makes it stand out and will when all said and done will be a centerpiece to the eventual sleeve. Zak is an amazing artist and his finesse with the actual needle work was amazing. I felt only a few of the needle strokes, it was the lightest touch and the outcome is amazing. He took his time, the hair on the body of the butterfly is delicate and precise. The color saturation is beautiful, the pixelization of the black mimics the photo and makes the butterfly pop. Zak did some lettering on my other arm and it came out beautifully. I have received tons of compliments in the last few days and I'm so happy with the work, that I'd fly back to Atlanta to work with Zak again. Id like to also compliment the shop. We wanted to get fine line Star Wars themed tattoos -- we provided the image and they advised to make the image a little bigger so the lines won't look shriveled over time. We agreed with their recommendation and got to the table with not much of wait. Everyone was very inviting, the place itself looked really cool and eclectic. I immediately thought of coming back for a flash deal if we were ever in town again! Very clean, very sterile, and very friendly -- so why one less star?? Unfortunately both our fine line tattoos have faded by the end of the week. The pressure didn't feel deep enough for either of us and the line work is VERY light. We already want them touched up but since we're not from the area, we'd have to find another artist. BUT that shouldn't take away fully from the good experience! Maybe if we weren't leaving to the airport after this, we would've been able to speak up and say to go a smidge thicker. Anywho I originally frequented the Columbia, SC location but have since moved to Atlanta and figured the same professionalism and quality would be here as well and I was right. Don't remember his name I'm horrible with names but never forget a face. Older black man with locs deep warm voice like a dad lol. But he was great. I got a double nose piercing; two on my right nostril and he made the process fast and held conversation to take my mind off him basically stabbing me in the nose twice lol. I love the placement of them being side to side and he used this measuring tool to check his spacing. I was in and out of there in under 20 mins with paperwork, getting my license copied, paying, picking jewelry, piercing, and the aftercare talk. Clean studio, smells of incense not smoke like a previous review I saw stated. I came in on a Tuesday they do half off select piercings. Picked out two little studs 2 for $40 but if you want the basic traditional studs it's 2 for $20. All in all I'm highly satisfied with how I was serviced and I'll be back when I heal up to possibly change to a hoop. Or get a new piercing. Parking isn't the best. It's just a driveway bc this used to be a house. They could definitely use better parking as the main road is hella busy I had to turn my hazard lights on as I moved my car to let someone out who was there before me.
