My kids have been going here since August & are actually happy and psyched about it! Which,…read moreobviously this place is awesome, because for elementary kids to be jazzed about doing more Math, it has to be something special! The environment is so friendly, supportive & positive! I gotta give credit to Bastian! He's fantastic, welcoming & connects with these students. Prior to choosing Mathnasium I looked into Kumon as well and had my kids assessed there too. I can say that while Kumon was cheaper, the assessment of my kids was majorly underwhelming. I was told how extremely behind they were, which I knew was not true. It made my kids feel bad. Kumon also required pages and pages of homework. My kids felt the place was creepy. Not for us! Mathnasium sold me on the approach of targeting areas and working on a well rounded picture, while allowing a little time at the end for kids to show their current homework & make sure they're on the right track! I love receiving emails when my kids have completed mastery checks on skills & when they level up! My kids also love getting "stars" and completing "cards" to receive rewards, from chapstick to Disney tickets (depending on how much they save up for). The fun environment is great! It's still quiet & kids are focused. There is strategy building and game play too. It is worth the money if you can afford it! I wish I had this when I was a kid!

My daughter absolutely loves this place. She never complains about having to come here and do math…read morethe instructor really have such a great way of teaching here. We had the honor of having Nicole Dudley as our son's tutor for high school Algebra II Honors…read more Nicole is outstanding! We could not have asked for a more effective tutor. Nicole is not only an incredible teacher (she made very difficult concepts easy for our son to understand), she is so calm, patient and willing to go the extra mile to optimize our son's learning and comfort with the course material. Our son went from being very intimidated by a challenging course (to the point that he almost dropped the class) to being very confident with grasping the information and taking exams. His grade improved significantly under Nicole's guidance and we are forever grateful. We have had other tutors for him and we can honestly say that she is simply the best! She truly cares and is totally invested in helping her students reach success.

During 2020 it became clear that both of my grandchildren would need help as we would homeschool…read morethem during the first year of the pandemic. Neither child knew how to read at the time. They were 8 and 6, and really needed help. With her knowledge and patience, Lynne Merrill began to work with them, and within the year they were both reading, above grade level! The programs that Lynne uses WORK, and along with her kind approach, the children had great success. Nicole Dudley also worked with them years ago, and has been tutoring both of them in math this year, making such a difference in their confidence and skills. She is also so kind and inspiring, and just a fantastic teacher! When I was a child, I wished for a tutor, especially for math, but we couldn't afford . Today I am so happy to give the gift of Lynne and Nicole to my grandchildren, and watch them flourish! I highly recommend Merrill Education Center, and I am beyond grateful for the help they continue to give to all of their students! Laura

My review is WAY overdue. We've been with Tutorific since December of 2019 and today is May 1st,…read more2025. Our kids start Tutorific at age 4 and continue until they begin 1st grade. There is no magic time, it's what we have decided is right for our kids. We utilize the reading program. Our oldest son, Evan ultimately worked on math too. He was in kindergarten via Zoom and struggled a bit. His tutor, Will started helping with the math and then all was good!!! Evan is currently in 4th grade. Our oldest daughter, Grace loved coming and playing the games with Matt. Playing games is one of many ways Tutorific teaches kids. She still asks me to play the reading games with her from time to time. Grace currently in 1st grade. Our 4.5 year old, Joey reads with the owner, Matt twice a week. He's in preschool and can easily sound out 6 letter words. Joey reads over 400 words by sight. Tutorific has a reward system in place. You reach certain milestones and go to the "PRIZE WALL!" Joey adores the prize wall. A reward system really helps Joey stay on track. It's amazing having kids that can read at such a young age. Our baby, Olivia can be found playing with toys and running around the Tutorific lobby twice a week while big brother, Joey is strengthening his reading skills. She'll start in a few years! I took screenshots of facebook posts my wife or I have posted over the years. I have so many wonderful things to say, I don't know what to write. I decided sharing our personal posts written for our family and friends would give you the best bird's eye view of how much we love Tutorific. We are moms who have feel like Tutorific is more than a place to help kids with homework. They have helped our kids learn to read but more importantly they helped our kids LOVE reading. A gift that keeps on giving for a lifetime. Matt and his staff are absolutely amazing.

We've been with Tutorific for about two years now, and I can't say enough good things. My eldest…read moreson who struggles with focusing and reading has been getting school help with his tutor, Dario, and the difference is incredible. Dario has been so patient with him, helping him stay focused and making learning feel manageable and positive. Even more amazing, my youngest son (who is just 4 years old) is learning how to read after I watched the progress of his brother. He usually has a hard time going to regular school or childcare, but somehow he absolutely loves going to tutoring and is always excited to bring his work box. He loves that Mr. Mat plays reading games and makes learning fun. The encouragement and connection they build with the kids make such a huge difference. We are so grateful to have found this place. They also moved to a new facility down the street which looks great. There is a comfortable sitting area and also a bonus yard for parents or students to sit for fresh air and greenery. Definitely recommend this place.

Megan is the best!!! If you are a college student looking for a great tutor to help you cram some…read moreextra studying for your finals, I definitely recommend her! She's very proffesional, knowledgeable, helpful, nice, and easy to relate to. She can come to your house too which was nice ! She was so easy to get appts with, something that I found difficult to do with the local tutors in the area. I was on my wits end when I made a last call to her, sure that she would be unavailable or unreachable by phone like all the other tutors I had called that day. Luckily, she was available short notice and I made two tutoring appointments with her for a Statistics final and instantly felt better after each. She showed me how to input information in my graphing calculator to figure out problems and explained the material that confused me. She even gave me a delicious, homemade chocolate chip cookie on our last apt. Give her a call, you won't regret it!

Megan has been working with our HS Junior in both Algebra II and Chemistry. Without her, my…read moredaughter has said she would be failing Chemistry for sure. Megan takes the time to make sure my daughter really understands the concepts and can work out problems. She is always on time, and a pleasure to have around the house. She has taken the initiative to create study groups for my daughter with others in the same class needing the same levels of support. I love that! Besides being a great tutor, Megan is fair and honest. Several years ago I had her come to evaluate our daughter for tutoring on another subject. After spending an hour with our daughter, Megan said she could not see a reason for tutoring, just needed to focus more...show some gumption. At the time, that ended up being all she needed. Other tutors might have taken advantage of the situation and say tutoring was needed...feeding on vulnerability, but not Megan.
