I last came here on 9/2016. I was very happy with my experience then. I hadn't came back because I moved. Went yesterday again since I moved back to this side of town and I was not disappointed. They did a great job. There was a wait because a lot of ppl were there but they didn't take long to get to me. They did my nails fast but very good. Last time I was scared to do white powder because not a lot of ppl can get it right but they definitely did. Their prices are great too. Will be making this my official new nail spot. It's important for people to know this place is under new management! So the previous horrible reviews were based on the people who were here before them, which I admit they were pretty bad. I only came back because a friend told me new folks ran this nail shop. I stopped in and wow what a difference! The customer service and quality of nails is WAY better! If you had a bad experience before like I did maybe you should give the new staff a shot cause I'm glad I did. Good prices as well! There is a man, I believe his name is Keith? I have been going here for about 2years and I must say they do very good nails at a more affordable price than a lot of salons now a days but there process for following whose next in line is HORRIBLE!!! I'm not a usually loud person but after waiting around for 2 1/2 hours don't think that my time isn't valuable and your about to skip me. So I've had to act my color 2 times in regards to me being next or them trying to take someone ahead of me. I don't know about most but that ain't gon fly with me. I didn't really ask for much. Just 2 designs which came out to a total of $37. Very pleased about the price. Facility was clean. Not dirty at all. Not much color selection. Lady could barely do my nails because she was too busy texting . They don't properly clean or line the pedicure tubs with each use . Customer service is ehh . I am new in Houston, as a matter of fact Texas, by the way of California. I went to this nail shop because I was stopped at a Walmart from a worker that was soliciting business. Well, since I needed a fill and don't know anywhere else to go, I tried them. The first visit was very interesting, there was music and cocktails flowing. I sat down immediately and the guy that did my nails mostly used machines, which made my nails thin even after using more acrylic; however the pedicure was horrible and felt rushed and I payed for the deluxe. I went back for another fill thinking that it was me, but again I was unhappy with the pedicure, which seemed like this technician was new and took off my big toe polish 3 times because she kept nicking it. My fill was even worse, as I said earlier, my nails was thin, so of course one broke, and when he put a tip on, it was straight and my nails grown in a slight curve, then I wanted a design and he said no problem and messed that up. I asked for him to take the design off and he rushed adding more polish; well, needless to say, the color was not dry and I had to go back and the polish was SUPER thick. Now, 2 days later another nail is cracked under the THICK polish at the bottom, which I now have to get replace because I know it will bleed if it breaks all the way off. Definitely the best nail salon in Houston hands down. Prices are great and so is service. I adore Nina! I've gone to her salon for over 12 years and have never found anyone else who can do a better job. All the ladies in there are super nice and friendly. I have developed a relationship with them as well as many of the regulars. Pls ask for Nina for nails and Cindy does a mean pedicure. Nina's sister now does my nails but when Nina was doing them I always received compliments. Hands down, she's the best. She takes her time and makes sure your nails are perfect. read more

I do NOT recommend this business. They do not take appointments just so they can shuttle in as many people as they can like cattle. As a result, the service is rushed and improperly done. This is my second time creating a review for this place. I thought maybe I should give them the Benefit of the doubt and try again. So I went to Ana she was awesome! She made sure I was taken care of but after 3 days my nail was broken which is typical for a refill (as they say) so I came back on a slow day, and was not greeted when I walked in, they acted as if because I was just asking for 1 nail to get fixed I was on the bottom of his list. I was then told by a man that I would be charged 3 dollars I told them how she originally did my nails and then he quoted me a different price. I asked if I can speak to someone because I just got my nails done this past Saturday and they just broke. They then started acting as if I was creating a problem and then talked in their language which made me feel very uncomfortable.
