This establishment is unprofessional. I stopped coming here because my nails would often break. It was only one mail here that I allowed to do my nails. He no longer works here so I let the manager do my nails. 3 nails broke in less than a weeks time. I came back after paying almost $200. For a full set pedicure and kids manicure and my another full set for my little sister. I was told it was my fault and I was being rough, one nail broke linking up my one year old the other broke reaching down in the restroom. The other broke picking up an item on the floor. The manager denied responsibility and referenced the nails on the wall lasting years. As if had anything to do with daily activities. Money is not an issue but I don't give it away either. I expect if I spend $90 on a basic nail set for it to last minimum 3 weeks. I will never return to this place and I advise if you want quality to not visit this place either. If I could give no stars I would. I went in to get a fill on a powder set that was brand new from The previous visit. In the past, when you get a darker color powder they just put it on top. I went to kns salon yesterday for a basic pedicure. I have no complaints with the pedi but later decided to get a basic manicure without shellac since my own nails are a nice length. I'm not so happy with the mani. My nails weren't buffed well before the polish was applied and there's small bubbles. Both cost $22. I think the tech was not happy with the two dollar tip and just wanted to be done with me so she rushed to finish the basic mani. My KNS nails experience was terrible. My friend, boyfriend and I went to get pedis because my friend told me that their pedis are great and that her & her mom love it there. So I went in with an open mind. So we get in and some tall man asked us what we came in for, and I said 3 pedis and one full set. The man then approached me and asked if I needed the full set and I said no my friend does, but my friend already knew who she wanted to go to. We waited and waited until finally one chair was open, no it was not full no they weren't busy. So I finally took a seat and they prepped my water and it was SUPER hot I told the lady several times that the water was hot. By the time she listened the bowl was already full, it was uncomfortable. I told the lady I was interested in their pink and white (French tip) and she said she would do it, but as she was going she said I needed all these things for more money I was like girl no, just do white toes (easy alternative) I was already over it because I nearly understood her and she was raising her voice and I did not appreciate that at ALL. So then chairs were being emptied and no one sat my boyfriend he literally just wanted a callus removal and toe polish. (Easy) and nope he waited for about an hour more and finally said never mind I'll go somewhere else another day. So then my pedi lady finished and asked where my bf was that he was next and I told her he had left that it was fine but she went ahead and raised her voice AGAIN and said " IS HE DOING HIS FEET OR NO" and I raised my voice and told her "HE ALREADY LEFT MA'AM" again I do not tolerate being disrespected. Just the whole staff was rude, and they make their prices as they go. I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. They don't even have you dry your polish and if the nail messes up they expect you to pay $5 more. Never again. read more

Tony is the only reliable person I come to if I need acrylic nails because he actually gets the job DONE. He gets them to how you want them with no disappointments! I've been his customer for over 4 years and counting. I've referred my family members to him and they all come to him and ONLY him. Other than that, I came today 5/2/18 this afternoon for a pedicure and all I can say is.... the pedicurist did a terrible job. First of all, I had gel that needed to be removed from my toe nails and the "professional licensed nail technician" that did my nails had the audacity to peel off the gel polish with her nails and then used a cuticle cutter and this was the WORST thing you can do when you have gel on your nails because its SUPERRRRR damaging to the nails. This place obviously doesn't care about the health of your nails only the money! Everything is simple, and rushed! Oh and btw she poked my cuticles with the cuticle cutter while removing the gel! At first, I was originally gonna get gel again but after that tortured mess I had to tell her I didn't want any color. Now my nail beds look all fucked up. I really didn't wanna pay but hey, I'm not that disrespectful but damn what a wacky job she did. GORL. Never coming back for a pedicure unless it's Tony. read more
