If I could give 0 stars I would. This past Saturday was my second time coming into this salon. First time was during 4th of July weekend, theretore I was very understanding of the wait time and rushed service. However, this past Saturday we arrived at 11:30 am and were told that the wait would be 15 mins. Not at all close to the time we waited. We were sat at 12:45 over an hour later. I wish they would've been more honest about the timing. Nonetheless we got sat with Angel and Mia, Mia was very dismissive and dropped some of my orange juice on my brand new Birkenstocks and did not care to clean them off or even apologize. Already, off to an even worse experience. They did not even cut enough of the cuticles or nails whatsoever. When we asked them to cut shorter they grew upset and just rushed through our mani/pedis. I ended up with nail polish on other places on my foot other than just my nails. Very sloppy job. After almost 4 hours of being here we finally get to the front only for the older woman to say she misplaced our ticket or mislabeled. We had to wait for her for another 20 minutes to get our total. I quite honestly did not even want to pay for this awful experience. It was terrible and I will definitely not be coming back. Even if you make an appointment they will still make u wait more than 30 mins. The location is beautiful but the service is not up to par. Try a different location or salon, save yourself the troubles. read more

Two of us came for a pedi; my tech never spoke to me, no greeting, no eye contact, even after I tried sparking conversation with her, never asked if we wanted anything to drink. 10 minutes into the pedi, my sister asked her nail tech if she could have some water. The nail tech handed her a drinks menu while my nail tech didn't even look up or ask if I wanted anything. The whole time we were there, my nail tech said probably three words to me- I even tried making conversation and she barely replied, clearly not interested. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. As a salon owner myself, I would never allow a client to pay for a service they were unhappy with. On Saturday, February 28th at 6:49pm, I arrived for a nail service. Your sign clearly states closing time is 7:30pm, yet the front desk informed me they were closed. It immediately felt like I was being turned away. Only after I mentioned that I had just finished working at my own salon did they reconsider and decide to service me. That alone showed a lack of care for gaining or keeping loyal clients. They did a beautiful job on my nails that day. However, when I returned on March 2nd for a basic pedicure (during a short break between my clients before traveling), the experience was completely unacceptable. Before starting, I clearly asked if they had enough time to properly perform the service. I even offered to only do a color change if needed. They assured me they had time to complete a full basic pedicure. What I received was not a proper basic pedicure: * No soap, salt, or any soaking solution was added to the foot bath (as is standard practice). * The water was being filled without a plastic liner until another technician corrected her -- a clear sanitation concern. * My feet were barely soaked before she removed them. * Lotion was applied quickly and wiped off just as fast. * My old gel polish was removed and my feet were scraped while dry. * My cuticles were cut aggressively. * My nails were cut unevenly, even after I requested a square shape. * The polish color did not match what I chose. * Polish was left on my cuticles. * One nail was visibly longer than the others. When I calmly expressed that I was unhappy, I was told the unevenness was due to my skin being "thicker" on one side, which is not a valid explanation. Instead of correcting the service properly, they removed only $5 for gel removal and still charged me approximately $48 for a full pedicure -- despite not providing a proper one. I felt rushed, dismissed, and forced to pay for a service that did not meet basic salon standards. When I asked to speak to the owner or someone above the staff present, I was told I would receive a call -- which never happened. As a business owner, I understand the importance of client loyalty and satisfaction. This experience felt more focused on collecting payment than providing quality service. I've been here about four times and today will be my last visit. Compared to most nail salons they are quite a bit more expensive but it's a beautiful and clean place. One complimentary drink is offered with your service. Additional drinks can be purchased for $5 each. The menu is pretty robust. The service has been consistently good. Easy to call and book an appointment. Start off by washing your hands in the sinks in the back and getting sat in your chair for service. The techs are pretty good. They do chat a lot to each other in Vietnamese when staff is just roaming through. My issue happened today while trying to pay. There was an issue with their credit card reader. The woman at the desk said it started two days before and she would have to restart it. She said it took about an hour for another customer to pay last time it happened. After about 3 times it still wasn't working. She asked me to Zelle them instead. I told her I needed to use my card for points and how I manage my finances. Also I'm moving so cash is tied up in that. I tried another card and it worked no issue. This was after trying the machine three times before and having to redo the transactions. I told her I didn't want to be there an hour like the other customer and they def should get the machine checked out. She looked at the other lady next to her, mumbled something under her breath in Vietnamese and handed me my receipt. Very off putting. Won't be going back. The quality of service here every time I come is wonderful. I am never disappointed! This is now my third time, and Im only coming here. My first time Kevin did my manicure, and Nancy did my pedicure. Since Kevin's schedule is tight I haven't been able to get him to do my manicure, so I was introduced to Holly my second time around. Omg! She has gifted hands. I finally had time to come back for a second, and of course I had Nancy for my pedicure (Holly was off) and Jenny for my manicure. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with any staff member. They are all so extremely friendly, professional and skilled. I truly enjoy coming to this establishment because the vibe is like no other. The music will have you singing along, the TV can be entertaining, and the quality of service never fails. Try them out next time you want and NEED to treat yourself. I've been here twice and I must say that I do love the beautiful aesthetics of this new nail spa. Everything is super modern, clean, and I love how relaxing it feels. As soon as you walk in, the receptionists are very warm and welcoming, and get you checked in right away. My dip manicure has been very nice both times. No complaints there. However, the reason for a lost star is that the two times I've been here, my pedicure has fell short of my expectations. My polish usually lasts me over a month. Both times I've received a pedicure, it barely lasts for two weeks, which is very disappointing. I'm unsure if it's the polish brand or or how it's applied by the tech, but I feel as though it could be better. Quite honestly, I wanna say my second pedicure was worst than the first. The tech had some major difficulties polishing and took so long getting it done. She kept getting polish everywhere and constantly cleaning up the polish on my toes and her hands. I believe the multiple layers of polish probably is the reason why my polish has been chipping more than it should. But on a brighter note, the refreshments are amazing and I am obsessed with their sparkling water! It was citrusy, with a hint of mint and sweetness. I really enjoyed this! Manicure and pedicure were good however when the tech filled the bowl for my pedicure the water had a horrible smell like raw sewage!

I went to get dip replaced on my nails and they charged me to take off what was already in my nails. When she was filing my nails she cut one of my fingers deep and just kept going, my fingers were sore for two days after getting these done. After two days my nails were already chipped. I went back and I was cut again and the nails are so thick and not taken care of. The place is beautiful however, for the expensive price and experience I will not be going back here. read more

Unfortunately I really wanted this place to be my "go to" pedicure place as my old place closed down. I chose the spa pedicure with a paraffin wax add on. I chose an OPI polish and the technician put me under the "drying table" for almost 15 mins. Three hours later my polish is still very sticky and because of that the polish on both big toes got messed up. When I called and informed them of the situation the guy tells me that "regular" polish takes hours to dry and that I should have chosen gel. I have been getting pedis for over 50 years and I've not ever experienced wet polish after 3-4 hours later. However he did say I could come back and they would fix it. Unfortunately I have a very busy schedule and its the inconvenience of having to go back to fix something that should have been done right from the start. I appreciate that they offered to fix it but my first visit cannot be described as stellar; I'm so disappointed as it is a beautiful venue. read more
