I called the store twice and was told they were "making it now." Another 15 minutes passed, the driver gave up and canceled, and then the store had the nerve to message saying they were "waiting on someone." Completely unacceptable. At that point, I had no choice but to drive to the store myself, an inconvenience that should never have happened. When I arrived, I was met by a teenager at the window who was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn't care. I explained the situation and simply asked for the food to be remade fresh, since it had been sitting for over an hour. He flat-out refused. I asked for a manager and waited another 10 minutes. When the manager finally showed up, he acted surprised and said, "Who said we aren't going to remake it?" I pointed to the employee, who then got visibly upset. Completely unprofessional behavior. If you don't want to do your job, then go home. Don't waste other people's time and money. Between the incompetence, the attitude, and the ridiculous wait times (including the drive-thru), this location is a complete disaster. Management should be embarrassed that this is the standard they're allowing.
