Stopped by to try this place for the first time and would definitely not recommend. Their menu was completely misleading with their prices. Their "special donuts" were listed between $2.85- $3.85 but ended up being charged $4 for a single donut from the exact list that maxed at $3.85. The donut was not even filled very much and was undercooked. Their donut holes were also listed as $1.85 for a dozen plain glazed so we got a dozen plain glazed and were charged $2.99. They were also underbaked and did not have a lot of glaze on them. $7 for a single donut and some donut holes is really ridiculous when they weren't even cooked all the way. I don't know how this place is getting away with charging so much for "special donuts". These absolutely do not compare to Voodoo donuts or other shops that actually specialize in fun donuts. read more

I make the trip to get these 'usually special' donuts for birthdays and celebrations but last week they only had the same donuts I could have gotten at the 40 other donut shops I passed to get here. None of their specialty donuts had been prepared yet at 6:48am; they open at 5am. I was told they didn't have time because they were preparing a bday order for someone. They offered to make some for us but two of the specialty donuts we requested they couldn't make because they were out of the filling and a third they couldn't make because it was seasonal... but still on the menu. Love this place. But you have to get there super early. We went about 8am on Friday and everything was sold out so we went Saturday at 7:30 and it was perfect. My wife and I got the donuts the specialty donuts we got a coconut cream and a blueberry flavored donut. The coconut cream is to die for and we don't need really to go back and get any more because they are addicting. You can even taste the yeast and the donuts which makes them real. The blueberry was OK, but it didn't have too much of a blueberry flavor. The first time I tasted, the cream on top was very delicious, but then the donut itself wasn't as flavorful as the rest of the topping. I haven't tasted any of the regular donuts, but I would assume that they are very close to any of the other donut shops and I have visited many. So the staff are awesomely friendly. You can go in there and chitchat all day long unfortunately that would be bad for their business. I would use them for a particular event. Perhaps I would use them for a special event. I would use them for once in a while visit at this point I would like to taste more donuts, but the specialty donuts seem to be limited in supply so the flavors are not very wide I really would like this donut shop though others, in fact that I know that the donuts are totally made each day fresh. read more

Tried this donut shop. Yummy donuts but the price was $27 for a dozen. Not sure why, nothing really too extravagant or special. Either inflation or maybe superb ingredients. Cute store and yummy treats! tried the Blueberry Cream Cheese Donut. Didn't even have time to snap a pic before it was all gone. It was amazing and just the right amount of sweet. Was only able to try the jalapeño & cheese kolaches since most items were sold out. Husband said it was the best he's ever had. Think it was 10 am when I popped in. Today, 9/1/21 was the soft opening for The Hole Thing, so I did what had to be done and went to get donuts at 7am! To start off, the workers we so nice. The sweet lady helping me was so kind and explained flavors to me, and told me which ones are favorites. The inside of the shop is super cute, with a photo opportunity wall, the donut case, and a beverage fridge. Now for the donuts - YUM!!! There were so many to choose from, it was hard to decide. I went with sopapilla cheesecake, creme brûlée, lemon jelly, and almond joy. They all are very aesthetically delicious looking. My favorite was the sopapilla cheesecake! The lady helping me told me this was everyone else's favorite as well. It's a soft cinnamon sugar donut filled with a sweet cheesecake filling, the filling was spot on. The creme brûlée donut had a hard sugar coating, just like creme brûlée. The filling was also delicious. The almond joy donut was just like the candy bar, and is filled with coconut creme. The lemon jelly donut was also very delicious. It tasted like your regular lemon filled donut, but it was very good. They are a little pricey for donuts, 2.50 each, but they are very delicious and I can see this store doing well! read more

However, me and my neighbor both had an off putting experience with one worker who is rude!! The plus sized woman with greasy hair gave us both uncalled attitude. This place is so good! Reminds me of Hurts Donuts in Tulsa. Their kolaches could use some extra cheese but all in all a good place. I like getting their strawberry shortcake donut and my husband gets an old fashioned dipped in maple, which they will happily do!
