This place is great for morning donuts ! Everytime I come I always get the croissant kolaches which are my fav and I always leave with some extra donuts because they're so sweet ! They always give me extra free stuff as well ! Love it here and the staff are all so sweet !

I Love Supreme Donuts I was in Rockwall, TX visiting family this past Monday. I wasn't happy with the breakfast options at the hotel I was staying at. Supreme Donuts popped up on my search for breakfast. So I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. My order: 1 "Croffle" Croissant (100% butter) + waffle 1 glazed cake 1 Garlic Slovack Sausage Roll 1 milk and the mini cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately they ran out of the mini cinnamon rolls Attached to my order was the nicest note I have ever received. along with the most delicious replacement donuts All the donuts were delicious.. Shoutout to Jamie and the kind ladies here at Supreme Donuts in Rowlett!!! We were surprising my kiddo's class with "just because" donuts and the staff took care of us right away. We ordered 2 dozen donuts (half being icing with sprinkles and the other classic glaze) and everything came out great. Some extra cake donuts for the adults. I saw they seem to have quite the operation and take lots of group orders with design requests for large parties. Highly recommend you check them out! read more

Me and my boyfriend's GO TO donut place! The donuts are cute and tasty, maybe a tad bit too sweet, but pairs well with milk or coffee! Though, the best part, really is the staff. We went here a few times, had a small talk with the cashier, she recognized us each time afterwards! She's amazing and the other workers are always polite and nice too. From then on, I always left a 1$ dollar tip in the jar even if I'm broke on cash. Just a nice small humble shop. (Also they usually throw in a couple extra donut holes!! They're so nice, stealing my heart with food. Small story: My boyfriend and I were cutting it 10 minutes before closing time, they only had a few extra donuts left, the nice cashier girl recognized us again and gave us a free leftover donut. They scotch tape up their egg burritos like they're shipping them USPS. The tape is so tight you explode the burrito trying to open them. Disgusting. Bring a letter opener or box cutter. You'll need it. But fair warning: it doesn't get any better beyond the scotch tape. Only crumbles of both egg and sausage await you inside of a sweaty, very processed tortilla. read more

Customer service is lacking - poor, unwelcoming & rude. I asked for 2 glazed donuts, 1 old fashion donut, 1 waffle donut, & 1 dozen holes. My order was rushed by the worker. I was charged for the wrong Order for 2 dozen dozen older old fashion donuts & donut holes. Husband and I try to explain to the worker kindly when ordering, but was still charged for the wrong older. I've been coming here since I was like 6 years old and I am 21 now about to be 22. The donuts here are better than anywhere I've ever been in my life. Nothing comes close. This is the GOLD standard of donuts. Ridiculously low prices too. I just went this morning and I saw the Master himself: Gman. I I'm telling you this guy is literally got 15+ years experience in making donuts. It's so nostalgic every time I come back I swear I hope it stays here forever, such an amazing family run business. If you're in rowlett and you want some donuts, SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE instead of that BOGUS mega corporation Dunkin' Donuts. You'll get more donuts for the same price and way higher quality. Mediocre food. Maple Bacon donut was meh. breakfast burritos made me long for Whataburger. Croissant was nothing special. All of that would have been fine if the food had been delivered warm, instead of with a sticker that said "we don't deliver warm food. Here's instructions on how to warm it up." If that disclaimer had been given when I was placing my order. I would NOT HAVE ORDERED. Seriously, the whole point if having breakfast delivered, was so I wouldn't need to do any cooking. Y'all! The cinnamon roll was so good; so fluffy and soft! My husband had the donut holes and they were good as well. One star off for the French vanilla coffee that had a weird taste. I could tell it was powder based but it also tasted like they used bad tap water. read more

This review is not about the donuts themselves, they are fine, but about the atmosphere that I found disturbing. I took my granddaughter in so she could pick out a specially decorated donut that they do so well for kids. While we're waiting in line, there is music going in the background from employee or owner cell phone connected to a speaker which is intended for all to hear. It's rap music, ok so far, then the "F" bombs start dropping in the song. MOST INAPPROPRIATE for a family oriented business. I don't want to hear that, and she most definitely shouldn't! They were oblivious to what we were hearing until I said something. Since I complained they did turn it off. At least that. I hope they keep a closer eye on their playlist and keep it customer friendly going forward. This is a two strike offense for me and this is definitely strike one. I may not be back for strike two. read more

This donut shop is right down the street from my house and I've tried3 donut shops across town in Richardson that are inferior. The ladies there are so nice and helpful and prices are great. The donuts have an amazing fresh taste like they were just fried, not like the stale pastries at a lot of other places. So far I haven't found a better place around. read more
