Oh boy! Ordered my pizza and bread sticks online to be delivered. Got deliver some what of a decent time no complaints there... but, when I got the pizza not only was it doughy in the middle and only half the pizza (the middle had toppings on it) Like they topped a middle pizza on a large dough weird... anyway, and it was cold. The breadsticks I ordered didn't come the marinara like it was supposed to. I called the store and asked for the Manager and that I had a complaint and was told she was busy. If I had known that I wouldn't have ordered. First of all, my husband and I have received a handful of deliveries from this location. I pre-ordered our pizza for a 6pm delivery. Just after 6pm, I looked at my phone to see that I had a voicemail from them stating that they could not find my address. I returned the call only to hear the voice of a boy who not only could care less that they had delivered to my residence multiple times before by different delivery drivers but explained that it was my fault because I did not answer my phone. He read my order back to me and it was completely incorrect. I then asked to speak with a manager and she was NO help at all. We told her our address is in fact on google maps, and that this location delivered to us numerous times before. The manager was rude and simply said we had to reorder. This manager also stated that they suddenly got busy and it would be an hour wait. About an hour and 15 minutes later, we received soggy, cold pizzas. Terrible customer service. I tried placing an order on their app but it would not work and give me the 50% off pizza. So I called and asked if I could place the order with them and they told me I could place my order but not get the 50% off because that's an online function only. I said your online is not working. He told me well you can just keep trying. I said I'm driving and can't just keep trying. I had already tried (my daughter was helping since I was driving. This place is horrible. I ordered two large hand tossed pizza's and called back less then 10 minutes after to add wings. When it was delivered I only got the two pizzas and not the wings. So I called back and they said the system was down. After 15 minutes I called back and talk to one of the young man on the phone and he said that he was going to get it delivered to me.
