Sade was our bartender for a party we recently had and she was great! As a former bartender, I recognize skill from other bartenders and servers. And I'll admit that I may be a little pickier than others lol... she was quick, didn't overpour, so the drinks were consistent and tasted great, and everybody kept going back for more. Confirmed for my event and then cancelled. I sent in a signed contract they requested and asked where to send the deposit. I even asked about adding an additional bartender and even inquired about light up 40 sign but instead they just cancelled booking. And said they book months in advance but looking at their calendar on their website when booking they have 3 out of 4 weekends available in July available, 3 out of 4 weekends in August available, and every weekend in September available. She provided us with a list of drinks we could choose from and she also assured us she could mix any drink we want. There were so many wonderful drinks to select from. On the day of the event David and Favi arrived 30 before the start time and quickly set up. They had tons of props but more importantly clean and well kept. The backdrop was a beautiful gold and all equipment was up to date. Favi was the sweetest and maintained the booth area organized and flowing nicely. David managed the booth and helped with special request. Even though it was extremely hot both always stayed polite with a smile, with I appreciated. I was a little skeptical about booking them because the price was so reasonable compared to others but trust me the quality is great. And when they say unlimited prints they really mean it. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! I'm not type of person to put down reviews but this one I had to I was extremely excited with KO events bartending my daughters quince yesterday booking process was easy as the time got close to the event I had never heard from Kaylene for my shopping list so there I go having to ask her, she responded at that for the amount of people I was having I had to get 2 more bartenders total of 4 cool the day of my event they were suppose to be there at 5:30 to set up only 1 showed up to set up come 6:00pm no one else but the bartender Natalie which I have no complaint at that she was actually called last minute to come to my event to back up another bartender. It was past 6pm I saw a long line for drinks when I check Natalie the only one working I called Kaylene no answer I texted her and she replied that they were running late they were "stuck in traffic" from the event before and that my time doesn't start till they arrive excuse me my time was 4pm to 10pm that's what I booked back in February I told her the lines was crazy and that Natalie was stressed and she sends me a voice message at that with attitude that there was nothing she can do they are running late and that my line would have to wait what type of customer service is that especially from the owner you would think she would keep in contact with me in regards I had to be calling her and not once did she mention I wouldn't have the 4th bartender at all i shouldn't have been dealing with this I told her that was rude of her telling me that the least was to have the actual 2 bartenders there and the ones I booked after maybe arrive a little late but more than an hr late she shouldn't be booking these bartenders for different events on same day I understand shit happens everyday but this felt like she didn't give a shit like an oh well. yea never again will I be booking none of my drinks were as cute as her ig shows I even bought garnishes myself and they weren't put on the drinks because everything was being rushed to get the line down I really don't care if she replies to my review but people think twice before booking she isn't quick to make it better at an event but she's quick to charge i feel she shouldn't have charged me for those 2 additional bartenders it should be her bad no one else's read more
