I contracted KO Photo for my daugther's birthday party after reading the reviews on Yelp! I definitely made the right decision! Kaylene was always in constant communication with me concerning our party and creating our photo card. On the day of our party, Liz arrived on time and ready to go at our contracted time. She was very friendly and patient with the 25+ teenagers at the party. I found this company on offer up and they asked for a payment on paypal. I've never done business with Strangers before so I was very hesitant, but I gave KO a chance and I'm so glad I did! The initial time was mixed up and the photographer arrived a little late but they made up for the time by staying extra and David our attendant was super patient with all the kids and kind and courteous to all my guests. Let me start by saying If you are having a party and KO events is not there to bartend then is it really a party?!?! KO events is the party!!! LOL We booked them for their Bar and photobooth services. Kaylene made it so simple from beginning to end. I had a last minute change of location and she was completely understanding. Even tho my location was out of their way, she made it happen annndddd I also had a last minute change on my drink list and she took the time to give me an updated shopping list. She had great communication throughout the whole process and made sure I got the picture template I wanted! We had Favi and her husband as our bartenders and let me tell you they are the sweetest people ever! Not only did they drive further out for my event but they worked in 115° weather and gave us their 100%. Completely amazing couple Lizzy who was our photobooth attendant went above and beyond. We found this photo booth on Offer up, and with great yelp reviews we decided to book them for our friends quince. Kaylene is very nice and professional. The week of the event kaylene kept me updated with what color of the back drop we wanted , and so on. The night of the the attendant had a flat tire on their way to our event so we had to push our time back by 30 ish minutes. Kaylene was prompt on informing of what was going on,( which was appreciated) the attendant had 2 ppl helping her set up but I think she could of did it with out them since she seemed flustered since they were doing their set up wrong , after she got rid of them everything went perfectly well .. The attendant would even pick up the shorter guest so they can be included in the pics !
