Like, in terms of toys and treats, most pet places are fine and great, but in terms of self-grooming or baths, it's always a toss up it feels like. But Dogma was immediately welcoming and amazing. Our dog is a rescue and a little reactive, but the staff always know how to calm him and are patient and understanding. We feel a little bad about the fur (he's a husky/Akita mix) and always attempt to clean up our own mess, but every time we're stopped by the staff. Not in a "no, don't do that" sort of way, but always in a "oh, you guys already did all of that work bathing him. It's our turn now" sort of way. Every time they're always so amazing and you can tell they actually care. We've been coming to Dogma ever since and our scared little boy has never been so calm during a bath. 10/10

This was adequate…read more They were able to take us in faster than other similar providers. We were headed away for a day and figured we would get our cats groomed in the process. We asked for a standard grooming for our younger cat and added a sanitary cut for our older cat. As they hadn't been groomed in a long time for one and ever for the other, they were both pretty angry when we picked them up. We were warned of that so it wasn't a big deal. What was somewhat of a big deal was the older cats service. The sanitary cut didn't seem short enough. It looked like they cleared more of his belly hair than the hair that was in the way from cleaning and using the litter box. There also seemed to be a failure in brushing him out. Though definitely fluffier, he hadn't had his fur brushed out completely and continued to shed everywhere from clothes, to car seats, to carpets. We brushed him out some more for about an hour and cleared that up. But it just felt like something that we had paid for. They were both clean. They had been (somewhat) brushed out. And part of his "sanitary area" had been trimmed. All in all they did exactly what we had asked. But it took longer than they quoted (much longer) and it seemed to be a rush/low quality job. Will be finding a different provider.

My dog was desperately in need of a bath and a haircut, but I kept putting it off with the canine…read morerespiratory illness that is floating around. My vet suggested using a mobile groomer to decrease the risk of her getting sick with it, and so I started googling providers in the area and found Furry Land! I reached out to a couple other Denver mobile groomers before scheduling to compare prices and availability, and found that Furry Land was the only place where you could actually book an appointment for a date and time on their website - for their competitors you had to fill out an inquiry form and wait for a response to book, so Furry Land's booking system was the most convenient. Furry Land had prices comparable to their competitors and the best availability. I was able to book an appointment within days of discovering them. My appointment was confirmed quickly after I filled out the request form, and it was easy to ask questions and get updates via text. They give you a two hour arrival window for your appointment (between one hour before your scheduled time, to one hour after). Once they had arrived, I showed my groomer a picture of what I wanted my dog's haircut to look like, went back home to wait, and about an hour and a half later my dog was ready! The groomer did a great job, and matched the haircut to my request. This is a super convenient and quality service, and is definitely worth trying out if you're nervous about the canine respiratory illness or just want the convenience of somebody coming to you. This is more expensive than a traditional groomer, but that's expected as you're paying for the convenience.
