We've tried the bento boxes too, and while they look appealing, the meat isn't cooked in the sauce--it's just spooned on top, which leaves the dish feeling disjointed and almost like a microwave dinner feel. They're not unfriendly, just not especially engaged or warm, which affects the overall atmosphere.
