The food was ready to pick up at the drive through as promised. Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best. The beef in the Lo Mien was super tender but it had no beef flavor at all. The chicken wings were good, but I prefer mine without breading. The egg rolls were almost tasteless and were smaller than I'm used to, but they were under $2 each. The fried shrimp was good, but they were small, mostly breading. The Gyoza with the dipping sauce was the best of all the food we got. I didn't care for the small packets of sweet sauce at all. I'm spoiled on the containers of homemade sauce you can dip into. read more

Was staying in the area and decided to get a take out from here. Ordered Teriyaki Steak. Took about 10 minutes because they prepare it fresh. It was so good and I couldn't believe how much food I got for under $9.00. I couldn't even eat it all. The lady that took my order and helped prepare it was very nice. We stopped here for dinner on a whim while visiting from NC, and were astounded... This is hands down the best Chinese food my family and I have ever had, and we have have been to Chinese restaurants all over the US and even internationally. The exterior really doesn't match the high quality of the food, but don't be mislead. We had sesame chicken, house mei fun, teriyaki steak, and broccoli beef. All were incredible, the steak and chicken were very tender and flavorful, and the portions were generous. Even the rice was far above average, it was nice brown rice with a buttery taste. You just can't beat Chens for quality, especially for such reasonable prices. Honestly, we are a bit devastated this isn't closer to home or we would be regulars for sure. I'm not the most discerning Chinese food fan. I mostly stick to mall food court Chinese. Other yelpers are probably better suited to review the actual authenticity and quality of the food. From my perspective, I enjoyed the sesame chicken. Food was very fresh. My family of 6 ordered just four lunch dishes and four fountain drinks and it was less than 30 bucks. Portions are humongous. Took almost half of everything home with us after everyone had eaten. Service was really fast (although we were the only ones in the place at 3pm on a Monday) You really can't go wrong eating here. read more

Very clean and tasty food. We had the egg drop soup small and it was only $1.25 crazy inexpensive but so good. General Tao chicken amazing and so was the Garlic chicken. We ate so fast I couldn't get pictures. As of right now they look to be working with a very small crew and to-go window only for pickup so give them some extra mins to get your food ready. Very good quality, very low price & gigantic portions. I said gigantic, I mean insanely gigantic portions. A quart of Hot & Sour (very good) for $3.95! Ten steamed dumplings for $3.95! My general Tso's chicken, which, by itself, filled the takeout container... To the top...it almost didn't close! They had to put the fried rice in its own container. The place is really a takeout place with some tables and chairs. Atmosphere... a one at best...it was very clean though. I did not expect much when my son said he wanted to try it....we have recently bought a home out here on the coast. Coming from New England where quality Chinese restaurants are the norm, my standards are fairly high. The Gen Tso's chicken and the Szechwan Chicken could have been spicier for my taste, but still very acceptable.
