I am new to this parlour but will definitely be a regular customer. I was so very impressed by the time and interest shown by Kobita in ensuring my eyebrows came out perfect. She started by cleaning all the make-up off my brows so she could see exactly the shape of my brows. She explained each step of the way and was extremely thorough in shaping and cleaning up my brows. She gave me a mirror when she was done so I could see the results and to ensure my satisfaction. She finished by massaging my brows with lotion. In addition, she has taken several safety precautions given the health concerns with COVID 19. She only accepts customers by appointment, and only one person is allowed in the salon at a time. Everything is cleaned and sanitized between customers. In addition, she does not put the thread in her mouth, opting instead to wrap it around her neck to ensure sanitary conditions. I had my facial care done with Aloe vera, eyelashes and eyebrows done today. I was treated as a Queen all attention and care on me. I had my appointment for noon and called a day before to come earlier, Kobita agreed to take me an hour earlier and spent 2 hours and 15 min on me with such a professionalism, delicateness, pampered my skin with home made and natural skin care product. Needed her to complete alterations for a scrub pant and she was able to complete it within 2 days in time for when I needed since it was just the length adjustment. She accepts card and cash.
