Had an 11 o clock appointment on March 12 2024 told them I needed to be back at work promptly by…read more12:30. Assured me I'd be back with plenty time to spare. Never updated me that the doctor was behind seeing patients as time continued to pass didn't get me back until 11:55 front desk was very unprofessional. I was subsequently late back to my professional career. Later that day returned to get lenses with my new prescription. Another woman behind the counter was also rude and unprofessional told me my insurance didn't cover it even though it does. Never even bothered to look it up despite me telling her I am covered. Think she assumed based on how I look that there's no possible way I could have adequate insurance coverage. Very hurtful and disrespectful. Then informs me of a policy which costs 25 dollars to bring your own frames while simultaneously asking me to sign a waiver that makes them not liable or responsible if my new frames are damaged. This is clearly a moral hazard. I asked what's the failure rate that such damages occur, she refused to answer. I asked who is the manufacturer that does the work she refused to tell me. I asked if she could contact them to inquire, she said she cannot. I asked for the contact info so that I may ask myself, she replied "well they don't want people calling harassing them." Confused I asked if me calling them is considered harassment. She rolled her eyes and explained it was not (I already knew that) again I think she said this based on how I look despite the fact that I never gave her a reason to believe this other than what she assumed about me. Strange that they would want to take my money and have my business while simultaneously refusing to tell me who I am doing business with. Seems like in all likelihood if I would have signed the waiver and sent my frames they would have been deliberately broken so that I be forced to buy a complete pair of frames and lenses from them. Disgusting behavior from the employees and a clear moral hazard/predatory policy masquerading as a legitimate business. I told her have a nice day despite all of this, she was shocked that I could still manage to have manners at the end of her gross behavior and lack of professionalism. Ironically I went to LensCrafters and they had no such policy/waiver/fee. Probably because they aren't running a scam. Doctor I saw was great sadly the front office/retail staff was so horrible I wouldn't go back if they were the only one in a 100 mile radius. I advise you don't either.

I was 10 min early but I got to see the eye doctor 10-15 min pass my appt time, which is pretty normal I guess. The exam is good and I love everything he did because he is quite thorough and he showed me what is what. After the test I was able to go check on glasses, what glasses to get etc and I got a few choices. I decided on one pair and they said to wait 7-10 days but it was about 3 weeks before they gave me my glasses. I have called once a week, and they said no, on the third week when I called they told me it came it earlier but we tried calling and no one answered.. what... anyway good place but not so sure about the glass shop..

It's also the same building where I see my dermatologist and rheumatologist, and about a 15-20 minute walk from where I am, so really a plus. The experience here was pleasant. There was one other person ahead of me so the wait time wasn't bad. Dr. Cesaro here is really awesome, you know he knows what he's doing. This was a nice change from the other place I was going to (I will probably write a review about that later. Long story short, avoid mall optical shops at all costs). The person who had helped me select styles was Mary Ann, who also knows exactly what she's doing and tells you honestly what she thinks works well with a person's face. A breathe of blatant fresh air when you compare that to the sales associate at Lenscrafters that tries to push you to buying something that looks nice without regard to accommodation. Obv, I don't speak for all Lenscrafters, just from the experience I've had. They were nice enough to take notes on the styles that I kept in mind for later visits. I did eventually come back recently to try them on again but decided not to make a purchase. (really the price for what I had choosen was out of my range... $200 for frames, $130 for regular lenses, or $180 for poly carbonate lens which are thinner and less heavier). These were brand name Coach eyeglasses, not a big shocker. As much as I loved them I had to depart from them and call around for better deals. So, all in all great staff here. It would be 4 stars had it not been for steeper price range. Nonetheless great styles if you're willing to pay for the price.

Well, I have a warranty with Lenscrafters, but I sure wasn't going to do any further business with them, and left, the woman with whom I had initially made contact with just stood by silently horrified by the way her colleague was acting, I apologized to her and left the store.

I went back in repeatedly and the person at the counter kept adjusting them, telling me that the frames were too soft but assuring me that they could fix them (and that if they couldn't, they would replace them). This went on until they broke in my home, past the warrantee period (probably why the LensCrafters associate kept telling me that they would fix them, to run out the clock). When I went in, despite the fact that they have records of all of these issues, the store said 'so sorry' and offered to have me buy new glasses at 50% off even though I just spent $500 less than a year ago. I sent in a claim and have gotten nowhere with the company. I spent over $500 on this garbage. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.
