In my case, I have owned 2 Outback's since 2016 and drive them between CA and WI. I have experience w sales, service in a couple locations and I find the Kocourek dealership to be a better choice. I have 2 experiences to compare Kocourek to others. 1. Service, last week I brought my Outback in for 60K service knowing rear pads were at 2mm from another location check 3K miles ago. I got a quote for service and breaks from my Subaru dealer in CA and the out the door price was over $2300. Doing the same service here plus rear brakes ran me just over $1400. I drive down from 3Lakes area and wait for the car... they arranged for a rental so I could tool around Wausau for a few hours. all in all a great day. 2. Sales, last week when I was doing service, I reviewed purchasing a 2nd Subaru for the family. having purchased 2 Outback's in CA I found that getting anything less than MSRP is nearly impossible without broker or fleet connections... Whereas here in the Midwest, Kocourek started at $2500 off MSRP. Then when picking up the car today, they said that they had pre-installed "undercoating" but were absorbing it... as a courtesy for the few days of back and forth texts and emails to close the deal. Bottom line, this dealer is over the top in both service and sales compared to the 2 local dealers I am used to in Northern California. Happy to share I am a big fan.

The people in the service center were helpful and got my 'small' issues fixed directly at the Kia dealer. They were extremely helpful and gave me a sweet loaner vehicle! Obviously I didn't love having these few glitches and I was clearly upset at the time, but the method they handled it in was solid customer service and support. I'd love to give a 5 but let's be honest, who could be 5 star happy having to go to service center twice the same day after driving it off the lot? A SOLID 4!

They scratched up my wheels bad when I went in to get a set of low profile tires put on. This is the only place I've ever such bs from. They never told me their machine couldn't do low profile tires with out damaging the wheels and then let a paying costumer leave without informing them of the damage. These were expensive wheels from a 50k car. Would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy.

I brought the car back the next day for the brakes. They explained all of the options about what was needed now and what could wait a while. They ordered the parts, and fixed it while I waited the same day. They did a great job. More was needed than I expected, but my car is pretty old (but in fantastic shape), so I was not surprised. Their labor prices may be a bit higher than some of the smaller shops in town, but not much different. I echo the other posters here about their customer service. It was professional and friendly. The waiting room is sufficiently comfy if you have to wait a while. Also, they have really fast free wi-fi; I was able to get some work done while I waited. It will definitely become my go to place for oil changes and basic car repair work.
