Their first and second offers were far lower than ABW's estimate, and I was a wreck about proceeding with a repair without them agreeing to the correct figure in advance. I felt very hopeless and was sure I was going to get screwed over somehow. Not only did ABW flawlessly fix my car, they handled everything with the other insurance company behind the scenes and I walked out the door without lifting a finger. I was shocked and deeply grateful. They made what I was turning into a very stressful situation easy. As I was leaving I told them I hope I never see them again, but truly I am so grateful I know what to do now if I ever have a problem in the future. It's a small place but seems quite equipped to manage a lot of car issues, and the gentleman who did my inspection that day (Charlie) was the sole person doing them, so he was cranking through a list of folks. They put your name on the clipboard when you arrive and just go straight down that list. I'd called beforehand to confirm their hours and theyd advised to come early so I came around 9a or so. I think the wait was about 15-20 mins? Really wasn't bad, I just fiddled with my phone and sat in my car. The actual inspection was also pretty fast, like 10 mins or maybe even a bit less. I appreciated the efficiency. Of note they do charge a 3% credit card fee. A lot of places do that nowadays, but that was really the only "surprise." They also offer a basic inspection ($12, basics to renew car reg) or a more thorough one for $18 where they check your wipers and lights etc.

After calling AAA and finding out they don't plug/patch tires, I found Angel's company via a Google Maps search of my area. I called him and let him know of the issue and he said he'd be there within a half hour. Not only was he at my location within a half hour, the tire was patched, back on my car, and I was on my way home within that half hour! He's extremely professional, personable, and took great care of my car in my time of need. Highly recommend his services.
