One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.

The repair required replacing certain parts related to the suspension and wheel area. Unfortunately, my experience with this place was extremely frustrating from beginning to end. From the start, the woman working there who identifies herself as the Accounting Manager was rude, unprofessional, and very unhelpful. She behaved as if she owned the business, yet showed very little competence or willingness to resolve issues. I even asked to speak with the owner, Alfredo, and was given incorrect information about who the owner actually was. The biggest problem is that my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than before the repair. After picking it up, the car started making loud noises that it never had before. This makes me seriously question the quality of the work performed. It also explains why they never wanted to provide any warranty for their labor. In addition, the shop kept my vehicle longer than expected and still attempted to charge $50 per day in late fees, which I find completely unreasonable considering the delays and the condition in which my car was returned. At this point, I plan to have my vehicle independently inspected to verify the quality of the work performed. If the inspection confirms my concerns, I will take the appropriate legal action. It is very disappointing to see a business treat customers this way. I honestly believe the owner may not be aware of how poorly this place is being managed and how much damage this type of behavior is doing to the reputation of the shop. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this place look elsewhere for repairs.

I expect their service team to take responsibility for the vehicle while it is in their possession. In 2025, I brought my vehicle in for its 50,000-mile routine maintenance service. After getting the vehicle back, I later discovered a crack in the windshield and that the driver-side mirror was no longer functioning properly when the vehicle was placed in reverse. This is not my everyday vehicle. I travel frequently and can be away for weeks at a time, so I did not notice the issues immediately. When I contacted the shop, I was questioned about why I hadn't reported the damage sooner. I understand their question, but I also find it frustrating after being a customer since 2016. If I were trying to make a dishonest claim, I certainly wouldn't have waited months to say something. I had trusted this shop with my vehicle for years and had no reason to expect that I would need to inspect every function immediately after a routine service. What disappointed me most was that my concerns were not addressed in a way that made me feel like a longtime customer was being taken seriously. No assistance was offered regarding the damage. I have now moved on and will be taking my Jaguar elsewhere. **My advice to anyone using this shop: CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE AND AFTER SERVICE.** Walk around it, inspect the windshield and mirrors, and while the ignition is running, check all the electronics, cameras, sensors, lights, warning messages, and other functions before leaving the property.
