Jonathan, who is the project manager at BSES, was able to come out quickly and address thoroughly all his findings with photos and even went as far as the attic to recommend even new decking with a radiant barrier. I appreciated his honesty with all his findings and what the best plan going forward would be for my budget. I also never once felt forced into getting a new roof because he also gave me the option of a roof tune-up. Short story, we ended up getting a new roof because I didnt appreciate the poor and sloppy work from the previous contractors and wouldn't want them working on my roof again.
