I called last week to get an estimate on some new weather seal that had been damaged by us. The color and size we have is not something you can buy at a big box store or Amazon. I was just purchasing the seal, I didn't need a service call. I would even pick it up. The man that answered the phone was extremely distracted. I was put on hold several times. I had to explain what I needed each time he returned. He never asked my name. He never looked up my account. He never asked for the color. If I were to guess, he made up a price on the spot. And then put me on hold again. When he came back he asked me if I needed a service call. I had to explain ONCE AGAIN what I was calling for. He just seemed so bothered to talk with me. The price he gave me was absolutely outrageous. The fact that I had spent a lot of money on doors, opener and service didn't mean a thing. What should have been a very simple, quick transaction ended up leaving a very bad taste in my mouth. I am very active on many local social media sites and have recommended this company so, so many times since 2017. Not anymore. I was able to find exactly what I needed, double the quantity for less than half the price he threw at me. And it was delivered. How I was treated was EXACTLY what you do to not have repeat customers. Sad.

My LiftMaster garage door was giving me a message error of forced opening. It would open about 8 inches and stop. Aaron stated "it was the weather stripping that was causing the problem" (I had pictures in my post). Aaron said he could fix it for me with new weather stripping.
