Today (6/3/26) I went to the local Overhead Door business location in Simpsonville. They quoted me a new 1/2 HP motor and chain replacement for $540.00 TOTAL!! Parts and Labor. I firmly believe, while tge repair person was kind and professional - he was trying to RIP US OFF!!!! In essence, charging $2,000 more than what the Overhead Door Company would charge. Their website says "Lowest Orice Guaranteed" . What we got was "The Highest Price Guaranteed. Today, researching over reviews, they too claim this company overcharges and they are deceptive and try to get you to make unnecessary repairs. I WOUKD NOT USE THIS COMPANYBTO CHANGE A LIGHT BULB!!
