Although our AC wasn't working and we had to call the front desk - I am not removing any stars from my review - because maintenance arrived so quickly and fixed the issue immediately. This did not ruin our experience because we spent the majority of our time in the refreshing pools. They have shallow pools for little ones, a deeper pool for older individuals & they also have a relaxing jacuzzi. Loved it! We also visited the movie theater next door. It's a family friendly resort and my children did enjoy their stay as well. There is plenty to do for both adults & children. Great place to relax and enjoy some family time.

Lisa went above and beyond to help me, offering guidance on how to communicate with the third-party vendor and personally following up to escalate my case. Adreanna was equally wonderful, working alongside Lisa to ensure the issue kept moving forward. They stayed on top of everything until Booking.com ultimately approved a full refund of my reservation fee. What impressed me most was that they had no obligation to keep helping since I had booked through a third party, yet they never gave up. Their genuine concern and willingness to advocate for me during a stressful family situation meant more than they know. Even though I never actually stayed at the hotel, this experience showed me what true hospitality looks like.
