Why am I not surprised just seeing these Yelp reviews!? I was one of those unfortunate ones who drove here from Boston today to look at showers as we are replacing the tub with a shower. 2 associates were on extended phone calls and the one who wasn't interested in looking up or greeting anyone (one with ear pierced). The ones on extended phone calls ( Stephen P and another girl) made the showroom sound like a call center..they were loud and didnt have the decency to hold the call for a second and ask us to wait until they get to us. Not going here again for sure! read more

Beautiful Burlington showroom but terrible service. We're doing a full but renovation and we wanted deck out all our 3.5 bathrooms and kitchen with kohler fixtures but ended up spending our $40k budget using another vendor and brand. The sales rep who I worked with was knowledgeable in the products but that's all. She couldn't really consult me on the solutions and wasn't too patient with me as we had a lot of rooms to cover. In the middle of our session she had me wait for 15 min to help another walk in with was odd. Another rep asked me if I was all set and I hesitantly said yes. Fifteen minutes before closing she told she had to go to meet someone for dinner and told me she'll get the rest the quote ready on Monday. Never heard from her. It was really was a shame because I really liked the Kohler brand and design but service like that isn't worth it. read more

Update: For some reason I decided to try this store again and had a horrible experience. I didn't get a call back and had to call back myself before closing. The store couldn't even match prices from the Kohler website? The website shows once price but then says to contact a local store which sells it for higher. That seems silly/deceptive. I would avoid the Kohler stores at all cost and order from Snow & Jones who can get the same products and have far superior service. read more

I don't understand why they even bother to have a store. Their product inventory in the showroom is so limited! The consultant I met with (who isn't even listed as a consultant.... I'm sure she was brand new, by her lack of experience and ability), showed me two items and said that if I wanted to see more, I'd have to go to one of their other showrooms. From the moment I walked into the store, I felt unwelcome and that this was not a good plan. Kohler is such a high end product and I wanted to go to a store to see their products in person. As I am redoing much of my home, I was planning to order a lot while there. The consultant knew very little and was unhelpful. I walked out, feeling that this was a waste of time. Amy G below is one of the minor things that's wrong with the world today. Self absorbed and ignorant. You sit in front of a business taking what you admit is the only parking place around to yak on your cell phone. The business loses money and paying customers can't park so you can yammer irrelevancies on a phone. Setting aside you probably couldn't even afford what they sell, why not go somewhere to talk that doesn't inconvenience others? I know that would take a minor degree of self awareness and consideration for others you most likely don't possess, but here's hoping! read more

The parking spots outside of this store (and all the other ones on this street) are public. The other night I had just parked outside the Kohler store & was talking with my friend that was in the car with me. A woman that works at this store came over to my car & knocked on the window. So I rolled down the window and she said, "so are you two just like, sitting in your car chatting or what??" She then proceeded to tell me that they needed me to move my car because they needed to load something into a truck that would be pulling up in a minute. I then asked her if the spot I was in was a public parking spot. To which she replied that it indeed was... and then we went back-and-forth for a couple minutes with her getting progressively more annoyed because I wouldn't move out of the public parking spot in front of their store. Perhaps if she had approached the situation differently, and asked me to move...as opposed to opening with "are you just sitting here chatting or what??" and then trying to trick me into thinking that I was parked in a loading zone for their store, well....things may have gone differently for her that day. There also wasn't any other spots around which is why I had parked where I did. She was nice enough to tell me that I could "drive around the block for five minutes and then come back and park in the spot".... when she realized I wasn't going to move my car she sputtered "just...nevermind...leave your car where it is..." to which I replied, "that's what I was going to do anyways, but thanks for your permission!!" Within the next couple months I'm going to be in the market for what they actually sell at this store...but over my dead body will I purchase anything here for my home. read more

Great showroom, we made an appointment and spent an hour with a salesman, although he admittedly was not a Kohler employee.(?) That's where the positive experience ended though since he ghosted us afterwards, after mentioning a quote would take a few days. A week later I emailed to inquire when we might see a quote as we were continuing to comparison shop elsewhere and liked some of what we saw at Kohler. Crickets from him so I left a follow-up voicemail that was also not acknowledged. By the time over two weeks passed, I called the main number and spoke to a friendly & helpful woman who said she would take over and that of course we should have long since seen a quote, she sounded generally appalled. Some hours later we did receive an incomplete quote from Greg, no apology for having completely ignored us, and missing a key item that we'd discussed. We later went to the Kohler showroom in Boston to see an operational air bubble tub since that was an item of interest and they had one on display there, That said, Burlington had neglected to mention that the back order was several months. Not a fan. (As an aside, not sure why Yelp is saying I live in San Francisco!!) read more

I don't know why the previous reviews were negative. Sean Christoun has been the best. He has been available every second and so pleasant. This is my third bathroom remodel and this has been the best experience. Sean picked up on our style the minute we started talking. He made great suggestions. Everything was in writing including some great suggestions. I read the reviews and discussed the situation with Sean. You will loose out if you do not visit this showroom and talk to Sean. I bought my fixtures from another company in Bedford before and Sean is so much more current and service oriented. So far a great experience! read more

The show room is beautiful, but their process is terrible. Not sure who the manager is but you need to create a system for follow-up. Letting your sales people get greedy and take as many customers as they can without holding them accountable for reasonable follow-up is great way to lose customers. I was in the week of February 4th, I dragged my husband (ladies you know how hard that is) to the new show room on the recommendation of a very high profile decorator. We spent an hour picking out fixtures for 4 1/2 bathrooms, the sales lady never got back to me after she promised to send my quote via e-mail within a week. Of course I'm so busy I thought to call her back 3 weeks later, when I did she mentioned that my decorator had stopped by earlier in the week to also check on the quote and could she call me back in an hour. I knew she was with a customer so I said sure. She then proceeded to not call me back. Honestly I'm done. What a waste of my time. As a courtesy I won't mention the salesperson's name. I run a business myself and even if I was back logged I would reach out to explain I hadn't forgotten about my customer. Visits should be logged and management has to hold salespeople accountable for timely follow-up. If you can't handle the work load then you shouldn't be allowed to take on more customers. If you are a busy working Mom that barely has the time to be picking out bathroom/kitchen fixtures, skip this place. All show, no action. read more

I too have had the same issues as others here - when there is a problem - you never hear back. I ordered a toilet/sink all special order - they broke the top to the toilet and assured me they would get the replacement fedexed directly to me. That was October. It is now February and I still don't have my top. Call and call and never get an answer - I deduced that back in October they never ordered it - they REORDERED and still - no one can tell me where it is. I will not use this place again. read more

They have a very nice looking showroom. When you can get their attention, they are friendly and interested in giving advice. I found their prices to be competitive. With that said, their follow through is terrible. None of my orders came correctly--missing pieces, wrong items. When you call they are always busy, take your number and never call back. When you email there is more of the same. I was told my missing parts were shipped to me. After two weeks they hadn't arrived, I called repeatedly and finally found out they were never ordered. Just lots of run-around. Its a shame because I really wanted to use them for other projects. read more

He kept in constant communication with us regarding our purchase, researched options with us, and provided prompt delivery information. Delivery was exactly as described - Supply New England called us the day after our order to set a delivery date. The items were delivered within the precise window provided. My wife and I were taking on a project which included 2 1/2 baths and thought it would be wonderful to go to a professional showroom to get items that would stand out, We were help by a wonderful sales person who answered all our questions and got us a quote in a timely manner. Our contractor started the our work and it was near impossible to find out from Kohler when we could get the parts. We rarely knew when they would arrive and often took longer than stated. I don't believe we received any wrong parts, just almost all the parts which does not help since they can't install until my GC gets all. We finally gave up on a final part and ordered externally and got it on time. Now the project is done and we have two product issues. 1) One of our Kohler Veil toilet got stuck constantly flushing. I figured out how to get at the parts of this wall mount toilet and found a flush assembly that appears to be defective or improperly assembled. I snapped it back together and it seemed fixed until a couple days later it started flushing non-stop again. I turned off the water and will look again. 2) We bought a nice DTV digital shower valve. It was wonderful after I figured out how to program the two shower heads. Less than a month of use and now when I select one of the shower heads I hear a thump noise and a trickle comes out of that head. If I run both at the same time, I get more flow out of it but not like it used to be. I will update after I contact Kohler about replacement parts which I have not done yet. Bummer I will need to pay to replace two parts I just paid a fortune to install 30 days ago! At this time I have two main complaints: 1) Kohler sales being able to work with Kohler warehouse. Get it together and find a system people. 2) Great looking but defective parts. (I never expected issues within weeks of use.) read more
