She said that as soon as I was leaving she was gonna come get me. Though, she seemed to be mid haircut when I left. I was offered to reschedule so that was good on them but after everything that happened I was left with a bad impression of the salon. I booked 90 minutes of massage thinking I could call and let them know that it's actually a couples massage only to find out there are "no providers available" and that I'd be charged for the full time if I didn't show. It's ridiculous how old and outdated the website is, and how rigid and unfair the staff is when working around it. Is cancellation a major part of your business' income? I shouldn't have to deal with shit like this on a website that looks like it was built by a 14 year old in 2006. It's 2024 why are you so lazy and greedy? Shame on all of you.

After signing off on their policy you will be shown to a locker room where you can lock up your belongings and put on a big fluffy robe and water sandals. From there you can use the refreshing thermal waters, plunge pool, sauna or steam room. While waiting for your services they have a very relaxing relaxation area with trickling water sounds that puts you in a great zen place. They offer many services from massages, hair, nails and facials. Stephanie and Sara in the nail salon area are meticulous and makes getting your nails done so relaxing. The room is very quiet to be able to relax and enjoy your manicure and pedicure. Both are amazing with color and style and Alyce does the best French manicure in Green Bay. Go there if you must but I knew them first so don't take all the appointments!
