The shoes for women used to be plentiful now it's 3 rows of nothing and it's all unorganized, not messy but no order to it and there's nothing , like they have displays but no shoes really. Weird. There's way less of a selection for clothing too, then Westbrook or any other Kohl's I have been to. No Sephora just some lines of cosmetics that I don't know priced high but not the greatest quality . On the positive side the bathrooms are spotless . It's an OK store. Went in to do an Amazon return. Fast. Simple. Service desk member was polite and speedy. Then I shopped a bit. The store is really clean and well labeled-especially compared to other Kohl's stores. Checkout was a breeze and the team member that helped me was courteous and fast. I walked out surprised by how enjoyable this shopping experience was. I am SO confused as to what coupons discounts offers apply to WHAT items ! Went to kohl's a few nights ago, poor cashier was stressed out too because the night manager would not allow discounts to be applied , rewards to be used via App or grant permission to use any of my offers towards Nike? It used to easy to shop here with a Kohl's Credit Card! Not so much now, I left without the items because I was not willing to pay the inflated Nike Price with my high interest rate card and no price break. I also had ten bucks kohl's cash but it was expired by two days, ( they used to honor with mgr approval ), I don't know I'm thinking kittery Christmas Shopping is just a better deal. read more

Seems like anytime I go there are great sales and great discounts. Store is pretty clean. Just needs sanitizer at front door. I am rating a four because no sanitizer although a manager did get me some from a register which was very nice of her. So alls I have to say lastly is Kohl's get sanitizer at the front door please. read more

I personally challenge the manager to push an occupied wheelchair through this place. The aisles may be the ADA compliant width, but one would have to defy the laws of physics in order to turn a corner. Plus, the width of the displays may be compliant, but merchandise (clothing on racks) makes navigating these aisles impossible. If that weren't enough, the handicapped accessible restroom was out of order six weeks ago and when I visited yesterday, it was still out of order. Yes, there is a handicapped accessible stall in the women's restroom, but the wheelchair cutout at the sink would not accommodate the wheelchair owned by the store. There is a piece of plywood underneath that was blocking access. I had to wet paper towels and my mother could only wipe her hands on those, as she could not reach the spigot, even if I turned it on for her. Plus there was a toilet plunger stashed under there. read more

I went to Kohl's with two little girls to get them new outfits/accessories for a night out. We ended up buying one clothing item and two accessories. When we went to the cash register, the cashier woman rung up the accessories fine, but seemed to have trouble ringing up the clothing. She even asked one of the girls that accompanied me to find the tag with some serial number on it (or something like that - it was a number) and proceeded to VERY SLOWLY enter the number into the register, stumbling quite a couple of times. Pretty much the worst customer service I have had. I am very reluctant to return here in the future. read more

I just came back from Kohl's in Biddeford, Me. I bought the NU-Wave Air Fryer. It was $150.00 on sale for $130.00. 30% off brought it down to $96.00. Went to Wal-Mart to shop and saw the exact same thing selling for $90.00. No gimmicks!! This was a rip-off. You people really suck people in. I'm not happy about this. It won't happen again. Kohl's is the worst department store ever!!!! RIPOFF!! They mark everything up 100% they give you 20% off and they are still more expensive than everyone else!! First of all train your associates how to great customers no matter how they look. I was standing at the jewelry counter for 10 minutes and not 1 associate said hi. Oh but as I was watching, who'm ever the guy manager at the front was. He kept saying hi to other customers and asking them how they were. All he did was stare at me as he kept walking by. Yes walking by and then stood at the jewelry counter talking to the associate too. Ok i'm heavy and my days off I like to dress down but don't ignore me. I'm a manager at another retail store and i'll tell you, my associates great everyone. I felt discriminated and un welcomed. I felt like he thought I was going to steel something at the way he kept staring at me. I am not impressed at all! I spend way too much money there 300 at a time to be exact and deserve better treatment! We are all human he should not be so judgmental! read more
