Went shopping for long sleeve shirts, wash and wear, for my husband. They have hundreds of them. The prices were really discounted. Then they had a 50% off on all shirts, that day. We bought 6 shirts for about $75 and he loves everyone of them. Some with pockets, which he loves, some without. All brand name expensive shirts. I found the store clean, organized and the clerks friendly and helpful. We will be going back whenever we need clothing of any kind. read more

I was shopping in this store recently and it was such an unpleasant experience that I don't think I will ever return. This is my second visit and it was the same as last time. It's started off bad when we tried to enter from the mall, where we had been looking around. We had to leave the building, walk around to the door outside and then go back the way we came in order to get back to our car. It looks completely closed from inside the mall. If you didn't know better you'd think that this was another shuttered store in this declining mall. The lighting is so low that it almost looks closed when you walk in. It's way too low! When looking for clothing who wants lighting as low as a dark bar? And it's like that in the dressing room too. The air conditioning was nearly non existent. I was sweating within a few minutes. Everyone around us was complaining about the temperature of the store. It was unbearable! Because of the temperature in the store and the very low lighting I had to leave. My daughter and I just couldn't take it anymore. And it was only in the low 70s outside. It's as if they don't want shoppers in there. Most of the racks are very close together. Some so close that you cannot navigate them at all. I'm not a large person and yet I couldn't look at some of the racks of blouses and sweaters. The racks were just so close together! I can't imagine if someone heavier or with a cane wanted to look at the clothing here. The dressing room is another issue. It smells pretty bad. Like dirty people. It needs a good disinfecting. The stools need replaced because they are a big reason the dressing rooms smell. It's a pretty foul odor. And the temperature in there?! So incredibly hot! People were getting frustrated in there. Complaining about the temperature. Mix the heat with the smell and I was feeling nauseous. The first time I came here I found a dress that I really like and had been looking for that style. But the experience was bad enough I didn't want to return. Since my daughter and I were looking for dresses for a couple of special occasions we have coming up - we decided to give them another shot. This last visit will be the last visit. The very low lighting, the unbearable temperature, the racks pushed too close together while be jammed tightly with too much inventory per rack, and smelly dressing rooms make it impossible to comfortably shop here. So... we didn't buy anything. I just don't think this store wants customers in there. Too bad! Because my daughter and I like clothing shopping - especially if we can get a good brand for a good price. Oh well. read more

IT SMELLED SO BAD!! I would not even go close to the bathrooms in there dont make that mistake!!! But they did have som good deals on stuff there were some crazy boys in there but it was funny. The service was not the best everyone looks like they didn't care but there is this older lady who works there she should for sure get a raise she was so funny and jst pleasant. The selection was limited in the men's but girls and women's there was so much but in so parts of the store it was overwhelming . And one last thing is the security system was literally like 1970s system the security camera screen was as small as a iPhone but looks like a OLDDDDDD TV read more

Following my glowing experience in Colorado Springs, my neighbor and I headed down here today. What a letdown...this is what you expect a clearence center to be. Dirty, disorganized, picks, dirt and broken zippers. Still...i did find two Ming Wang jackets at 70 percent off markdown. But no mother- of-the- groom dresses. So it wasn't a complete bust. The Dillard's Eastgate is a clearance center, you can find clothing bargains when you have time to look. All of the women's clothes are organized fairly well (Short Sleeve, size & color: Long Sleeve, Size & Color, Dresses by size & color), I've found a variety of bargains here, Calvin Klein tops for work with retail of $50-60 while paying $6-20, depends on the sale - sometimes its an extra 50% of the tag or by one get one free. Some of my bargains, $250 retail duster for $12 or last week picked up a $150 Ralph Lauren dress for a work event for $25. This place is no frills & you can only take 5 items in the dressing room at a time, the associates are friendly, when you have a stack of items you want to try on they help you switch them out. Note they recently installed new flooring in the dressing rooms. If you're looking for a good bargain stop by the Dillard's clearance center at Eastgate. read more

One star I would give it a zero if I could. Visited the store on a Sunday drove 45 minutes to get there walked through the mall only to find the mall entrance closed off. Had to walk all the way back to Kohl's and drive around the building to get in. The store was a mess clothes and shoes all over the floor, empty drink cups and food containers all over the place carpet looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Racks were crammed I found a couple shirts I liked but they had no tags and the lady at the checkout said she had no idea how much they were and the store manager was not there to put a price on them so I would have to wait until she was back in on Tuesday. I asked if they could hold them until then she said no. I asked how i was supposed to purchase them and she said "I don't know, sorry have a nice day". This was my first and last time at this location, I used to shop at the Tri-County Mall store, it was always neat clean and organized. They even had a separate designer section in men's and ladies where the higher end merchandise was located. It was easy to shop there, the people and the manager were so friendly. I miss that store I always had a great shopping experience there. read more

It was awful the fitting room lines are too long and they need more fitting rooms open they also need to let you bring in all your items at once it would be so much easier. i did not get to buy all the clothes i liked because they people were so rude and wouldn't let me try on. i am very disappointed. the fitting room ladies were extremely rude to my daughter and they made her cry and we had to leave the store. read more

One word. Wow. This place took my expectations and blew them out of the water. I visited this store to look for swim trunks for an upcoming trip and left with 5 pairs of swim trunks and 6 name brand Hawaiian T-shirts for around 80 dollars. Rows and rows of clothes as far as the eye can see with deals of 60% off on top of 60% off. Just amazing. It took an effort to resist buying more clothes because of how good the deals were. The clothes were sorted by size and color and for the amount of clothing in the store, I thought this was very efficient. I believe this is one of the most unknown and under rated stores I have ever been to. Some may see it as a clearance center, I see it as a place where dreams come true. Huge selection of name-brand merchandise, well organized and 65% off of the list price. It was not crowded and we were able to try on 10 items at a time. There was no waiting at the dressing room. Overall a good experience. However, we were somewhat disappointed because we expected the prices at the outlet to be a less than 65% off since we were purchasing at the main Dillard's stores in Louisville and Clarksville, IN at an additional 50% off everything that was already 65% off. The check out clerk at the outlet said occasionally some things will be reduced but you can expect 65% off to be the lowest price. All items in new condition and organized on racks. It is a good place to shop but check the main Dillard stores too....you might get an even better deal. read more

So this is a clearance center. Only the first floor of the store is occupied and its definitely no frills. There is low lighting, minimal heat/ac depending on the season, many of the entrances are no longer in use as well as dressing rooms, and there are just 3 checkouts w/ minimal staff. As with most final clearance outlets the selection is hit or miss. There is tons of stuff, and once in a while a gem of a deal can be found on the high end brands that Dillard's sells, but you have to have the patience to dig through a bunch of weird ugly items to find it. Make sure you like what you buy because all sales are final. Prices are base up to 65% off, and each day there are "extra deals" such as buy 1 get one tops, or extra 50% off lowest price on shoes. There are shoes, mens clothing, womens clothing (misses, juniors), accessories, small amount of kids clothes, and scant home goods. They do regularly get new items in, especially with the season changes. My biggest frustration is figuring out what the actual price is, as its not always clear and there are no price scanners. Don't get me wrong, I have found a few awesome deals, but id rather dig at the gap clearance center. read more

Wow. Eastgate Mall was never fancy but now it is klassy with a capital K. I went to the Dillard's Estee Lauder counter to get some lipstick for my grandmother; the woman gave me 5 reds, all of which it turned out she didn't have in stock. Stick to Kenwood Towne Center! read more

This Dillards is a Dillard's outlet store that receives clothing, shoes and a few housewares that didn't sell from other Dillard's stores. I didn't know what to expect. I was blown away. If you love bargain shopping, this store can't be beat. Designer clothing at up to 80% off. Hundreds and hundreds of pairs of shoes. I have never seen so many clothes in one place. Well organized by size, type and even color. Fitting room staff was helpful and friendly. Felt like we received better service than we would've at a regular department store. Really great experience! I live a few hours away and was in town for a visit--this will be a regular stop whenever I'm in the area. read more
