It did not come with a packing slip so the girl put in his charge card and then gave us a refund for the shirt. My husband tried to order it again and again got a medium. I went all the way over there today and the girl behind the desk was training another girl and she told me she needed to know the SKU for the shirt he originally ordered because the computer wouldn't let her give a refund. She asked me where the packing slip was and I told her one didn't come. She had a smug look on her face. I don't understand that. I then said so you guys not only screwed it up twice but now you won't give me a refund you have his card why can't you do it a girl the other day did it and she said I don't know. Really great customer service Kohl's!!! I tried to call instead of yelping, but when I called nobody answers their phone, I let it ring all the way driving home and then it finally said the person at that number is not accepting calls.
