Thankfully it was a great experience. Friday and Saturday they were very busy, but most shelves had some inventory. Sunday was a more pleasant customer experience with lower crowds. Also the shelves were not ransacked. There was plenty of staff at every turn to ask for assistance. Checkouts were smooth with lots of staff. This has been an issue for a bit with customers being forced to checkouts. I know that I will be back.

The birds have a cage large enough for them to move and fly about in, it is stocked with toys and food. I have seen staff (maybe the owner) interact with the birds while I am shopping, so they are given attention. I have seen no signs of aggression in my many, MANY moments watching the birds while friends browse the store, meaning they are likely well socialized. The staff were really knowledgeable and patient with us as we took over 45 minutes to decide on the 13 different pieces. Due to the pandemic we haven't shop as much. At the register they carefully checked for items that should be for sale for us and ordered a different size for a jacket to be shipped directly to San Francisco. They recommend several pieces that we normally wouldn't have picked out and this was really a godsend since we have a shop for a while and were in a time crunch . Highly recommend this place due to the friendly service and the professional knowledge they have.
