Not good customer service at this particular location at all. And also no visible signage when it comes to trying to find a where do an Amazon return I walked to the entire perimeter. No signage went back to the front and was told they couldn't help me and I would have to go to the far back corner of the store which I didn't do I just left. I've been to four other Kohl's and all of them have better signage, returns at the front of the store or returns in the middle back of the store that are easy to find. read more

Kohl's has it's amazing moment on occasion--when it comes to clearance deals. I came here to return a few items and thought I'd browse the 70% off clearance racks before doing my return. It seems I hit the jackpot today and was able to find my size which is rare. I was able to find a pair of jeans for $17, a short sleeved blouse for $10 and dressy shorts for $9. I think that was a great deal considering that these prices are almost thrift store prices today. So if you want to get a lot of clothes for cheap that you can also transition into the fall season-- I recommend browsing the clearance racks asap before sizes are all gone. A well stocked store. The quality of items is very good. Returns are easy and fast. You have to be willing to go about your shopping on your own. When you get an employee they are helpful. It's unfortunate that customers apparently are not willing to pick up after themselves. read more

I wanted to buy a dress that was from a different store that was probably switched out with a Koh's dress. Sadly this is a common shoplifter tactic and lots of stores suffer from this. Instead of working with me to make a sale and get the dress out of their store the manager Desiree, was rude to me and flatly refused the dress because it was not their dress. I understand that but the dress was the only thing that I wanted and I was prepared to help save the sale so get the dress. I know that most operations are not environmentally friendly so they are just going to throw the dress away which is heartbreaking. TLDR I don't think the store wants any of our business what with their scams, poor customer service, and throwing away a perfectly good dress. read more

So I went to return and Amazon package and have not returned anything from Amazon there in years. So, of course, I just walked in and the dude at the counter and the store on North Nevada was so freaking rude. Tossed my package around on the counter, saying no QR code, no return. WTF I did not lose my shit like I would have back in the day is beyond me but I didn't and walked away. Just turned him in for BAD customer service. If you hate your job then leave, if you chose to stay don't take it out on the customers. Not their fault your life sucks!! Other than him the guy that helped us when we left was amazing! This location is very shady in there business, one of the retail associates signed me up for one of their credit card after asking if I only wanted a reward card and when we went in and talk to the manager he was smiling in our face like it was funny and we heard that they did this to plenty of people and they just keep getting away with it and we ended up paying 100 something dollars for something that was only 40 dollar read more

Kohls is just the greatest. Come on, who gives you an additional 30% off the sale price plus $10 Kohls cash?! It's almost like getting paid to shop! Plus, their return policy is easy peasy. Forgot your receipt? No problem, they can look the purchase up on your credit card. If you paid cash or with a check, then I'm clueless...I'm a credit card kind of girl. Kohls is big on customer service and here's an example. I had purchased my son dress shoes and after a couple of weeks the sole started coming apart. Of course my son didn't tell me until months later. I decided to take them to Kohls and just see what they'd do. They allowed me to exchange them for any pair we wanted for the same original price. No, I didn't have the receipt but I did have the box. I feel safe making purchases from a store that puts the customer first and that's exactly what Kohls does. Love Kohls! read more

Be cautious at this store! Watch out for FRAUD. I live in Chicago and have never been to a Kohl's in Colorado Springs. My Kohl's charge card got charged for a pair of men's suit at this Kohl's West. Called the card company and they said the buyer didn't use a physical card and didn't use my Drivers License + SSN... she said it was likely due to "a typo" as in someone plugged in some random numbers and it pulled up my card. Why would a store allow this? They didn't ask for an ID or even a name to confirm it was the right account. So when the buyer signed for the card, he ignored the fact that my name showed up? The agent and I believe it was an associate working there. Watch your card, you may get fraudulent charges on it, too. Unsure if they're investigating into this. read more

I went in the day after Christmas and i expected it to be nuts up front at the cash register and return lanes but i didn't expect there to be barley anyone working and everything to look like a tornado hit. One cashier, I cannot remember her name is here from another country, going to school, etc. I really wanted to give her a tip due to how amazing I was treated and she had to decline the tip! There was hardly anyone in the store and the cashiers up front were unbelievable you slow! One of them looked like she was ready to kick the bucket. Isles were horribly messy and unkept. I also felt like I was being racially profiled by being followed through the store and up to the check out line. Sorry gals but my salary is ten times more than yours. WORST CUSTOMER SERVE EVER!!! Months ago I tried to reset my password. After attempting to do so many, many times unsuccessfully and being shut out of my account, I tried (again, many, many times) to get help from customer service. This involved LONG wait times and not one call resolved the issue. So, I went to corporate HQ. No help and precious little interest in helping me. I did notice that they were able to get my bill out on time, however. I have been a Kohl's shopper with the highest credit and customer ranking. No more. They've lost a good customer. And, I will not pay the final bill. Just waiting to see how quickly and efficiently they manage to reach me when their bottom line, and not my customer satisfaction is at stake. Kolh's has horrible customer service I have ever seen. I came to return my shoes for my daughter at around 4 pm. It was a gift. The staff told me it was a wrong reciepts but she proceeded to scan the box. It was $28 dollars and some change. It was a nike sneaker, it shouldnt be that cheap but I did not mention anything because I didnt know they have all kind of weird rule on a non reciepts returning policy plus I was in a hurry heading home. So we went home and later went to another Kohl on Power which closer to my home to find a sandal for my daughter. We couldnt find any sandal but I saw a similar Nike sneaker which cost $53.33 . I still thought that the lady just scan which ever the price on the wrong reciepts without actually look for a right price for me. I mentioned it to the clerk. She started told me all the weird returning rules that I never heard before. You will get the lowest sale price if you doesnt have a reciepts which the previous lady did not explain a word to me. I told her to scan and check what is the lowest price on that shoes, she gave me couples prices but never as low as $28 and she told me I need to go back to that store to talk to them. It was suck a pain. Same company but they sound like they are not. It was already late, my kids was tired and it is about 10 miles away. I took the trip back to the first store. It was a different lady. I explained all the situations. They look at the desk and couldnt find my returning box, made me go find it. We went back and found the exact same box. Brought it up, I told them if the price is so much different. I would like to exchange to another size but I couldnt find the right size for the same shoes. I asked them to checked if there is other shoes has the right size. The lady refused to check and made us run back there and look for ourselves and it need to be exact same amount of money. I was really exhausted but fine we went to look for another pair. There are non that has the same dollars amount. I picked a $49.99 one thinking that it should be ok. We walked back to the counter and the lady told me Ihave to pay that pair of shoes out of pocket because they would not do it if it was not the same exact amount??????? How ridiculous this is. She saw me with 2 little kids walking back and forth many times. She should have check in the begining there is non of the shoes has the exact amount but she refused to. What kind of policy this is. Plus she didn't show any sorry on her face for the whole conversation. They treat there customer like nothing here. I would not come here if it wasnt a gift and it doesnt fit! Horrible! I decided to buy some Shirts for my husband for Christmas, I selected a few and went to the cashier to pay, the lady behind the counter was very nice, I asked her if I could get some shirt boxes to go with the shirts so I could wrap them up. She turned around to ask a young Gentleman on a closed register behind her if they have any boxes (they used to give them to you) he replied that they do not have any boxes and if I want any gift wrapping that I should go towards the back of the store to purchase some. It was not what he said it was how he said it. The attitude was unacceptable, and the lady who helped me at the register apologized. If you don;t have boxes yet or don't give them out that is fine, I would have paid for the stupid boxes. Sorry to say, I will not be going back there. I don't have time to deal with a 20 year old with an attitude issue. I have my own business and my customers are number one and get treated with respect. read more

Kohl's is usually ok when shopping but I'd advise not ordering anything on line. I ordered a comforter set on line and was promptly sent a tracking site and receipt. For a week and a half, the site only gave the information that it had shipped and the estimated delivery date (which had now passed). After trying for a loooong time to find a real person to talk to regarding my order, I was finally able to find someone to talk to (that was evidently off shore). Through their heavy accent they politely told me that they didn't have any way of knowing where my items were, but would help me and gave me a "case number". (It seemed that this was a very normal occurrence.). The lady said that I would hear from them within 3 days and if not, to call her back (but she was very confident I would hear from them within that time). It has now been more than 2 weeks since the original order was placed and low and behold ... I just received a text within the 3 days, that said my comforter shipped from California ... today. I walked up to the register to purchase my 2 pairs of shoes that I wanted to buy, behind me was my little sister who was doing a separate transaction on a gift card. When I placed the shoes on the counter, the cashier, Michael proceeded to tell me how I was being inconvenient to him and making his life harder because I was purchasing shoes. Throughout the transaction, he managed to say quite a few times how I was being a difficult customer just for buying 2 pairs of Nike shoes. I used my gift card and paid the remaining balance on my Kohl's charge card but Michael didn't seem capable enough to know how to do a transaction using a gift card and a Kohl's charge card. He then preceded to call a customer service number in order to get assistance. I've never had a problem with my charge card, he said it was my fault because I never registered it. After 10 minutes of waiting, Michael managed to finish out my transaction. I then stepped aside to the front doors and proceeded to wait for my sister. As she approached the counter he asked if she was purchasing shoes because he wanted to know if she was going to be a difficult customer, in his words "as your sister was". He also managed to mention to her how I looked like i was having a bad day and pissed off. I'm usually pretty pleased with the service I receive from you guys, wasn't pleased one bit with the way Michael treated my sister and I just because I was buying 2 pairs of shoes.
