Overpriced and disappointing customer service. I ordered an "in stock" item over a week ago using one of their coupons. It still hasn't even shipped and it was supposed to be here by now. I emailed customer service and they don't know where it is or when it might ship. In light of their disappointing and unhelpful response, I've asked for a refund. More than a little annoying - especially as it was a holiday gift and now I have to scramble to find a replacement. Their website also has incomplete product descriptions. I had to return a different item I ordered (Carhartt jacket) because the website omitted that it was a "relaxed fit" size. Omitting critical sizing information on a clothing website is a pretty big miss. Those two issues aside, they don't seem to have very good prices. While there are some nice brands and decent selection, most of what you'd want is listed at full retail price. What coupons I've found either expired very quickly or couldn't be used on the brands/merchandise I wanted. It would have been nice to find a reliable store for decent-priced clothing in Colorado Springs. Looks like I'm going back to Kohls, Walmart and ordering online from Amazon when I want something nice. The prices here aren't anything special and their website feels like it was built in the early 2000s. read more

Walked in, big guy at counter no welcome or any aknowledgment. Supper stuck up. Two employees walked by me looking at boots. No offer to help. I got keys from my wife and waited in the pickup. I'll go to Boomgars and get what I need without feeling like second class citizen. read more

I think if you are just making a purchase they are helpful but if you need to exchange an order or anything more complicated go somewhere else. I had to end up calling the 800 number customer service to get everything straightened out (which was no problem) and no apologies. Won't have my order sent here again. read more

My husband bought boots in December. In March they fell apart and we exchanged them. It is June and they are absolutely falling apart. They said the original purchase was too long ago to do anything but give sure credit. We will NEVER buy from them again. The worst boots we've ever bought. Walmart boots are better than this. Worst location I've ever been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I just wanted to return hats that I had bought from the Denver location just a week before and the hats I bought one of them already warped from just wearing it in the sun and the other hat the band just popped off was NOT caught on anything. I talked to the manager at this location and off the bat she was incredibly rude to me and when I tried to tell her what had happened she said I shouldn't wear my hat In the sun. I just moved to Colorado from Texas so finding a country store was important. The boot barn inst anything spectacular, they have a wide variety of fashion and work boots but not much else. Same quality and price as Cavender's Boot City in TX. It was a fun trip and i will definitely be purchasing my boots from there considering there isn't another Country store for miles. The guys and gals who work there are very friendly, they have that southern hospitality i miss so much being here in Colorado. All around a good place to shop, check it out. read more

I'm a first time western boot buyer and made the rookie mistake of buying online (pause for laughter). I came here after going to Big R and couldn't really find the right boots. Boot Barn's selection is pretty impressive and the staff is extremely helpful (especially for someone like myself buying for the first time). The saleswoman made sure I had the right fit and was very knowledgeable about the features/manufacture of the brand (Ariat in my case). Its rare in retail these days that the sales staff actually sells the product. Most places they're just a cashier that asks if you're doing OK before disappearing. They had a pretty good range from basic value-priced boots to flashy exotics, so there's something for everyone. read more

My company uses the Boot Barn for a voucher. After finding no boots I'd spend money on in the store I had them figure out how to buy them online and use my voucher. The misinformation between the manager today and when I bought the boots is horrible. I was told today that there was no way to order boots online and use my company discount, only special orders could use the voucher, and that what happened when I bought the boots wasn't supposed to happen. The boots I bought are cracking on the sole. The lady tried to sell the toe reinforcement coating to fix it. When I pointed out that the toes were fine and the flex points were the issue she said there wasn't much she could do as concrete work destroys boots. She wouldn't listen that I'm a driver, not a ground worker. This place is worse than Walmart as the staff doesn't have the knowledge or understanding to continue to get my business.
