This is one of my least favorite Kohl's locations. Mostly because it is just small. They don't have the assortment that Lakewood or Cerritos has. So when I go to Kohl's I prefer to drive further to one of those locations. The women's shoe dept is horribly small. The store is always clean which is nice. Pretty much everyone on here mentions the employees negative attitudes is 100% right because these employees need to be trained! Stop telling me and other customers to go to the kiosk! Why are you working there if you don't know or care to know what it's stock, etc!!!? It's unprofessional easy way out to just send customers to a computer. When to return items on Thursday around 2-3pm the old lady in the 2nd register seen the items i was returning and made a remark as to her not wanting to return the 4 items i had. Went to kohl's to buy my girls some shoes I was scanning for deals and in the process lost my Kohl's cash which I earned buying over 1,000 for x-mas gifts I used my charge card so I thought it would be okay lady informed me if I come back with the receipt and when they give out Kohl's cash they would honor it ya right it expires on the 1st whatever and to top it off i had the card on me why couldn't they do it and the shoes are online for cheaper and they wouldn't honor the app. Discount either they over charge for everything Just to let you know I'll be paying off my charge card and never shopping their again I rather shop at Walmart I always exchange an American girl doll box because the hair rip off now I open the box at home and the hair not in there someone stole it now I have to drive all the way back ugh read more

Very impressed with this location tonight. Today is Black Friday 2015 and I was dreading coming to this store or any other store for that matter. But they really had everything under control and things went pretty smooth. I was first in line and was able to get my Xbox One and every other item that was on my list at Kohls. While buying a watch an employee saw that I had several bags and asked If I would like help to my car. I was very impressed to say the least. This place has really bad customer service. Went to purchase some stuff we needed for back to school, young lady from children's said if you can't find it we don't have it.... ah ok, thank you... then we asked can we order and get the sale price? she said, umm yea go to the Kiosk upstairs. It's sad that a manager does not have the right to override a transaction less than $15. Ihad my expired hard card picture license with my DMV paper renewal. A store manager was unable to override the transaction so I could use my Kohl's card. ITS JUST SAD. Ok, so I went in and was going to buy a few items with coupons. Well as she rang up the items,she scanned the first coupon, she immediately denied the rest of my coupons! Your coupon policy states you MUST take 4 coupons per transaction. I left everything and went with another cashier which was awesome and took all my coupons right away, then my sister makes a purchase for herself using her coupons, and guess who came?! Yea the first cashier, she told the guy they could only accept one! Which the policy states otherwise. I didn't get your name, but I'll be back take your name and call corporate! These freaking cashiers act like if the money is coming out of their pockets! If you don't like coupons, tell your company to stop sending them out, I'll take my business elsewhere! I had an amazing experience today. It had the potential to be bad, but Daniela from the Customer Service Desk really went above and beyond. I needed assistance and the front cashier told me to call customer service in the Customer Service area. I went and I explained my predicament to the associate on the phone and we're unable to help me. Daniela overheard the struggle I was going through and took it upon herself to do additional research and take care of me. Granted, I would have left fine without the issue resolved, she made my experience go from good to great. She is a stellar employee and is very customer service centric! read more

I love this Kohl's so much! They have wonderful customer service! The cashier was really sweet and helpful knowing the latest deals and coupons. She went above and beyond helping me look for an item in my size by calling the department and then even going with me to customer service to help me put it on hold in another store. This Kohl's has the worst customer service! Went to pick up my online order which was suppose to be ready, all I had to do was show my pick up pass code on my phone and my ID. Waited in line for over 5min., the associate at the counter couldn't help me because her scanner wasn't working, tell's me I'll have to wait for the associate with the only working scanner who was busy helping someone else. Another 6 min. wait, no apologies for the waiting time, it's my turn, I show him my ID and pick up code, he (Joe) scans it and tell me to wait while he locates my order, I said waiting and waiting is all I've been doing, he said "I was helping someone else" and runs off. He came back a couple of minutes later slams my order on to the counter and says " here's your order" no apologies, no thank you for shopping at Kohl's, nothing! I come home call the store to complain, got put on hold for a manager, waited over 20 min. finally gave up. Apparently no one at this store cares about the customers. First off, I love Kohl's so it's unfortunate that I have to write thid review. Today was a very slow day. Went to the shoe dept. And found a pair of beautiful small heels on the floor. No box, and they were in poor condition. Stained and evidently worn... looked around for assistance and nothing. Finally I was able to wave down an associate (Susan) and she was trying to find someone to help me. Annoyed and not having found someone she asked what I needed. I showed her the shoes and asked if there was another pair without thoroughly looking at the shoes she immediately said they were the last pair.... -.- She didn't even make the slightest effort to help. read more

Cashier was so negative!!! I politely declined to apply for the Kohls card when he offered and then he proceeded to complain about his job. My boyfriend made a joke to try to lighten the mood which seemed to make the cashier even more bitter. After the transaction was over he continued to complain and told us he had just taken time off but he's so glad that he was off tomorrow because he needs a break from work. My boyfriend and I just listened to him politely but seriously it was so annoying... Get another job or suck it up and don't complain to customers about how terrible you think your life is. The customer service is terrible because of management. There was no one to manage the store and not enough staff to help which caused customers to argue and fight on who was first in line. Kohl's should only have one line for customer service and not two lines when there is only one customer service representative. The customers who respected each other lined up in one line. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes and then I would have been next and there were 10 people behind me waiting patiently. During this time,the customer service rep kept calling for help, but no one came and no manager in sight. When it was my turn, this rude old lady decided to stand on the online side instead of the line with the rest of us. When the rep called for next customer online, the lady just walked to her while I and the lady( she had an online pick up also) behind me told her that it was my turn. All she could say in a rude and her VIP (Not!!) manner was " You're in the wrong line". I said "I have a pickup also and sorry the rest of us are respectful and not rude like you! " When it was my turn, I asked for a manager and I asked how long it would take to get one. The rep said she didn't know and the manager is usually in the office. Managers should be on the floor to manage ,delegate and help. This employee should never be in this position with customers arguing due to the lack of help and management skills. After I left the store, I tried calling to speak to the manager but was on hold for another 20 minutes. It would have been longer but I hung up and had to get to work. read more
