We found some shoes at a great price and then because of my nephews job, they offered a discount. Wow, what a great deal! I wish I got his name but I didn't but, I visited on 8/11 around 7pm. Staff on hand is usually 1 person/cashier who is friendly, accommodating, and patient. The selection is not as large as the Fullerton store, however, and clearance options were also very limited. The husband only wears Sketchers. He likes the Oxfords-like look to his sneakers. So we visit a Sketchers at least once a year for his buy-one-get-2nd-pair-half-price special. We've shopped the Torrance, Phoenix, Hawaiian Gardens and now the Norwalk store. Always a large variety of stock and friendly service. His shoes always look stylish, neat and fresh. He swears by their comfort and easy care. While he shops I browse but never found anything that tempted me . . . until last week. Over the years my shoe collection has dwindled to black or brown flip flops. They're comfortable and can be worn almost anywhere with a good pedicure. Then last week I tried on a pair of Sketchers Go Walk . . . a rubberized soul with a thin mesh encasement. Holy moly, by far the most comfortable shoe I've put on my feet. When I walk I feel like I'm floating centimeters above the ground. Are my feet actually touching the pavement? I don't feel it. And the casing . . . from the moment I slipped them on my feet felt naked. I could walk for miles in these shoes because I feel barefoot. Last week I wore my new GoWalks to an amusement park where we walked all day and these shoes kept my feet cool (from the breathable mesh casing) and comfortable (feather light weight). Sadly this model is hard to find. (I've bought 3 additional pairs for posterity). And have found Sketchers upgrade, the Sketcher GoWalk2, an inferior product (thicker casing). I used to run in competitions and have paid hundreds of dollars for a good running shoe but have never, ever experienced a shoe this comfortable. Sketchers GoWalk . . . wuff, wuff, wuff. I usually come here when I needed some walk shoes and sandals. They always gave "buy 1 get second half off" sale. This place it's bigger than the one in Anaheim. The girl at the cashier was very careful trying to match the savings for the best deal. It took her a little while but I didn't mind anything for best value. We stopped by here during the week to do some Christmas shopping for my dad. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the cashier at the front. I love that they always have a BOGO sale which we usually shop for during the holidays. Everything here is at a discounted price and they have great shoes with many styles to choose from. The men's selection is a lot bigger than the women's selection of shoes. This store is huge, but it wasn't too busy. The downside to that was that they only had one person running the floor and working on his projects. So with two people asking him for sizes he was running around trying to help. I was surprised to hear that they had good Spanish music playing, as well as English music. I saw that by the registers they had a popcorn machine, so they offer free popcorn to people that are shopping at the front. read more

I drive by the outlet almost every single day on the way to work or on my way home, yet I have never come inside until yesterday. My roomies mom is here from out of town and she wanted to check it out so there I went. I am not a fan of sketchers at all. I bought a pair one time because I needed some last minute shoes for Japan and couldn't find any. Otherwise, me no likey. I didn't like the Outlet itself. The prices were good though. My roomie and her mom bought a pair each and it came to $60.00 total. Two pairs of shoes for $60? Wow. BUT I don't like their shoes. It looks like genericky and it's overkill; at least the ones I saw at the outlet itself. I hate when stores do the "warehouse" "all out in the open" "get the stock yourself" type set up. I hate it when everything is out in the open and boxes are all over the place. That's why I shop at Target versus Wal-Mart. I like organized, clean, and crisp. This is my favorite Skechers Outlet. There is always parking and I always find shoes in my size here. When I went on Saturday, they were having a BOGO event; buy one pair ($20 minimum) get one pair for 50% off. Momma needs a new pair of boots because the ones I bought at JCP recently were defective! So I bought a pair of boots and a pair of 'go walkers' for half off. Yeah!! I've always been a fan of Skechers shoes. Every time I've been to this location, they have a buy one get one-half off sale. I'm thinking its year round... Anywho, if you take advantage of buying that second pair, you can almost always find a $5 pair of shoes or at least sandals. Skechers is always my preference in tennis shoes & boots. So they seem to always have a buy one get one 1/2 price sale, which is just okay. The prices of the shoes I want never seem to be priced as if this is an outlet. If fact I think the prices are higher in some cases to make up the difference for the 1/2 price shoe sale. In the end, I think you save a little so it might be worth it, but don't get your hopes really high on saving a lot of $$$ The crew here aren't really interested in helping me each time I've come. Came here today to buy some shoes to wear for when I go hiking. The prices here are good. They always have an offer for buy 1 pair at full price and get the second pair for 1/2 price. a really good deal. This is really the only good thing about this outlet. The customer service here sucks. today one guy that works there was just standing there talking to the 2 girls working the registers. They continued their conversation during the whole process of paying for my purchase. I wont elaborate on their discussion, I'll just say it was pretty juvenile. I stumbled upon this store while they were advertising half off second pair of shoes, so I went inside and was very happy to see a huge selection of men, women's and children's shoes. I successfully found 6 pairs of shoes, and was stoked thinking I would get the 2nd pair half off. It wasn't until I ended up at the cash register that the clerk told me that first pair must be $24.99 pre tax in order for the 2nd pair to be half off. I thought that was false advertising, unless you have super vision and can read the fine print on their signs hanging up all over the store. I was 5 feet away and still couldn't make out the fine print. Well, I dropped one pair and got the 5 pair even though only one pair was $24.99, because the other shoes were all $19.99, and I thought that was still a good deal. :) Also, the manager told me if the prices of any of the shoes go down within 30 days, they will gladly reimburse me the difference! :) NICE! I will be coming here again, because I love Sketchers for their comfort and style combined. As a 41 year old mother of 2 young boys, I must be able to function in comfort and be stylish for my husband at the same time. I went school shopping at the sketchers outlet in Norwalk California the sign says buy one get one half off. Well you don't know which shoes are included in the sale until you get to the cash register. I found the clearance shoes were marked prices higher than the regular price shoes I thought that was kind of unusual for an outlet store. Bottom line I went to find a bargain but was only dissatisfied to see how the shoes were marked up as high as 70% and then given a 40% discount. I found the shoes that were on the clearance rack at The sketchers outlet at W SS shoe store for $10 less than the sketchers clearance price smh read more

If I could give them no stars I would! Went into the store today and no sales people greeted me. Walked over to the go walk shoe section where two employees were engaged in a conversation. Didn't look up or acknowledge I was standing there waiting to ask a question. I waited for a few minutes as not to interrupt, being polite, but as I waited I realized the conversation was not work related, still ignoring me they walked off in different direction to the other end of the store. I couldn't believe it! I said excuse me to one of them, was completely ignored again. I decided to try and find what I needed. I was in the store for At least 20 minutes. No one offered assistance the whole time I was there. I walked out frustrated and mad that this was my experience on my first visit to this store. Such bad customer service here. I was there about 330 in the afternoon today. Management and owners need to know what's happening in this store. Also one more detail I would like to note, I was only one of two customers in that store at that time and the other person was ignored too. Will never be back to this store nor will I buy your products again. Not worth the trouble. read more
