I personally am a frequent shopper with cotton on and i have never received an attitude for returning items from other stores but the young girl at the register assisting us out treated my mom very poorly. Since the items we brought in were hardly worn, we had receipts, and i was familiar with the return process I was expecting everything to go smoothly. The girl was carefully inspecting the clothes and receipts for quite some time so my mom asked if there was a problem with her items, and not in a rude way, my mom was genuinely concerned she brought the wrong receipt but the girl gave my mom a condescending attitude while telling her to be patient. We were in no rush at all and her attitude took me by surprise. We brushed it off but she ended up being very short and rude to us throughout the rest of the return even after we said thankyou she said nothing while making no eye contact. I get having a bad day because I work in retail too but her attitude was completely unnecessary. I usually dont write reviews but being rude to my mom for no reason is something that doesn't sit well with me, not cool. I am very disappointed at the customer service. The young lady displayed.
