Don't get me wrong, the salesman was very helpful pulling sizes and giving great advice. The tailor was also knowledgeable and did a good and was friendly. Things however went quickly south when we got to the cashier to pay. To say that the young woman at the register was rude as an understatement. There was not only a lack of basic retail service skills, but the young woman's attitude was borderline hostile. Basic questions about the breakdown of the charges and any discounts we might be able to take advantage of were met with rolled eyes, huffing, and puffing...at one point she literally walked away and starting ringing up another customer! I've worked retail and know it's a tough job, but this is NOT who you behave with customers, especially when we were nothing but courteous. K&G, do better with vetting, hiring, and training your staff! This was absolutely ridiculous. I'm angry that I had to interact with this person and your company should be ashamed to employ someone like that.

Good sized dressing rooms, parking, convenient hours, sales on the regular so the prices are reasonable. It's a reliable place for men's clothes.

This store is never as busy as that one, as well, and this one has never the wait at checkout they do, and has more checkout registers. The staff here, are pretty good.... besides the managers (who I both know, since they both used to work at Staples..... one worked at the Norwood Staples and one at the Dedham Staples, who were both ok...), but the rest of the cashiers and fitting room workers are very friendly and helpful. -1 star for issue with one of the store managers: I spoke with her in the store and on the phone recently, about the store address..... on the storefront the sign reads "86 Providence Highway", which is the correct address for this store. On oldnavy.com, this store's address is stated as "90 Providence Highway Route 1", which is incorrect. This needs to be fixed ASAP, and the manager hopefully will fix it!

Prior to wedding season being in full swing, and with a few job interviews starting to come together, I wanted to get a couple of suits. Nothing too crazy but definitely something a bit more custom that would fit well. I also needed to upgrade my clothes a bit. Thing is, I suck at all of this. I hate shopping for clothe. I hate buying clothe. I hate the entire process. However the two guys that worked there (both named Corey) made it a breeze. From selecting things to various bits of advice and ways to save money, they were incredibly knowledgeable and made this a very pleasant experience. I felt relieved and more importantly the items I acquired are bangin' The store itself is beautifully maintained. They have a great selection of everything and can also acquire things very quickly from other stores if needed. So kudos to you, staff at Men's Warehouse, you guys rock! I'll definitely be back.

My SO and I just went in for a pair of new dress shoes and we walked out with 2 pairs almost 2 hours later. On a quiet Friday night, we were one of two groups floating around the store. The sales associate, Will greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. We must have gone through nearly 2/3 of the shoes available in the store, partly due to my picky SO. Unfortunately the store does not seem to have a large inventory of the size(s) on hand since we often received bad news that it wasn't available after he checked in the back. Rounding up from 3.5 true rating to 4. I felt bad we had a mountain of shoe boxes around us and he probably tied and retied the shoes endlessly. We did appreciate the Asst. Manager, Cory's advice of investing a pair of deep burgundy shoes instead of brown since that color is more versatile. We ended up going with the 2 pairs since they had a sale on the original pair we chose and buy one get one 50% off. (Normally I tend to avoid those, since that's really only 25% off in total, but we also stacked a coupon for $20 off $100+.) In between helping the other customers, Cory also tried to sell us shoe trees, which make sense but this wasn't the time since 2 hours had already gone by from shoe shopping alone. Very strange that they sell them individually since most people would want to get 2 for a pair of shoes. As someone who has worked in retail, I know all too well the pain of up selling the loyalty program to customers. They pestered us a few times and let it go thankfully. I went to this site where they measured me and got me a next day rental. I picked it up just in time for the wedding. Christy offered for me to try it on, but I declined, thinking there was nothing we could do not fit since the wedding was so close. Come to find out, the pants were a little small, but that's just because of my physique. The wedding went fine but I was a bit self-conscious in my too-small pants. Upon return Christy called me to ask how the wedding went and I told her to which she was extremely disappointed because, had I tried it on like she suggested, she could've fixed the problem there on the spot. So all that being said, three pieces of advice: 1) don't forget your suit 2) if you do, then ensure you go to Men's Wearhouse for next-day rental and 3) try on your suit before the wedding... many lessons learned this trip.
