11/17/19 My daughter, Kaylah & I stopped by as she wanted some good quality bras. We met with Amber in the dressing room. She was so nice & provided excellent customer service. She educated us on the different style bras, did Kaylah's measurements & made several recommendations based on her wants and wishes. Kaylah tried on several bras that Amber brought over. Mind you, we did not have to leave the fitting room. Kaylah was satisfied and happy with her purchase of 5 bras. I'd have to say this was the best experience by far at a Victoria's Secret store. Amber has a special touch and is so knowledgeable about all the bras. Her recommendations also helped Kaylah make solid decisions. If you need to be sized up with the right type of bras (most women do not use the right size) and want a personalized experience 1-1. Amber is "the one" and the right person that will assist you. One last thing, Amber is happy while doing a fantastic job helping customers. She truly needs to be recognized and given a huge raise or bonus!!! It was a confusing return but the cashier was patient and understanding and helped me through it all. She needed some help from a nearby associate but we made it through. The WORST shopping experience, ever!!!! There were 2 pretty difficult customers in line trying to check out at the register in the middle of the store. They kept changing their mind about something, being indecisive about whether to buy the clothes they picked out or if they could use their online coupon, how to get the best possible deal using her rewards, etc. Took about 15 minutes until she finally got everything squared away. Then the 2 Latina customers who were next, were about to pay when all of a sudden questioned the pricing of the items they picked out, read the credit card deal for the $25 discount as something else and were trying to question the employee! Kept contesting it, so a different store employee came from the other side to ring us up. We were finally able to pay and leave after waiting to check out after 30 minutes of waiting for 2 frickin' customers!!! Nobody apologized for the inconvenience, and the store only had 4 other customers browsing around! How can the checkout process be so incompetent?!? 2 difficult customers in a row, but how about opening up more registers instead of only having one?!?!? We could have been in and out in 10 mins, tops. But 30-40 mins?!? And most of that time was waiting to check out!!! read more

My husband & I came in here this evening to exchange a bodysuit that he got me for a birthday gift & to spend more money with my husband with my gift card he bought me as well as him buying me more gifts. There was 4 employees & it was about 7:15pm when we walked into the store. I found the first employee & asked her if she could point me in the direction of the item I wanted to exchange for a smaller size, she answered without hesitation & said that they were all sold out & I asked if they were open till 8pm & she said yes hesitantly (she obviously just wanted to clock out). My husband & I continued to walk around the store & he immediately found the bodysuits we were looking for & found a small so I could exchange mine. As we were looking at the underwear section one of the girls from about 15 feet away says "those on there are all medium" odd because i wasn't asking I was looking at patterns & fits & hadn't asked her a thing. The vibe was just off & didn't want to spend any of our money there & shop anymore. The rude young girl who was the cashier doing the exchange for us had no customer service etiquette at all & while I was trying to find my receipt my husband said I have the credit card it was purchased with can we just handle the exchange that way since his phone number wasn't bringing it up. He inserted his cc she then proceeded to tell us we have an additional amount due (even though this is an even exchange from a purchase 3 days ago. I told her that makes no sense & that there's no way we're going to pay more for the same item which was bought with the same cc, she said that it didn't come up on his cc on computer, I asked for a manager & she pulled it up immediately & we got an even exchange as we should have. Cashier on receipt for GM knowledge is #6004745 purchased at 7:40pm on 9/28/23. Overall horrible experience & shitty customer service had I not asked for a manager nothing would have been accomplished. Do better V.S. read more

I've been here over a hundred times and I have learned to never expect great customer service. So sad too because this place is always booming with customers. I normally don't Yelp non food places but I thought enough is enough. I can count in one hand the positive interaction I've had at this store. Each time I've been shocked! I just wonder what the hiring process is at this store. Do managers just not care that their workers have zero people skills? I went in today prepared and knowing I would probably have to wait in line. Nooo worries, I can do that. I had taken a picture of an email add for a specific bra they have. I came into the store and asked a worker if she could direct me to where it was. She had no clue. She tried to get another girl to help me and the other girl gave the first girl SASS right in front of me. I immediately decided I would go try to find it on my own. I was going to buy three bras! I was unable to find them. I walked out. I decided to order them online instead. I should have done that from the beginning but I always hate waiting for my orders to come in the mail. I guess from now on that's what I will be doing with specific store. Managers...hire people that like people! Staff that don't mind when the store gets busy. Staff that are passionate about your product. I don't need another grumpy 20 something year old mad at life to ruin my shopping experience. I get we all have bad days but treating another sales person with such disrespect in front of a customer is NOT OKAY! I sure hope this was a one off. Mangers do better! BE better!!! read more

Worst customer service! I went in this location and was greeted at the front door by an associate. She began by asking me how she could help. Everything was good so far. I told her I was looking for a certain style of bra and started to reach in my wallet for my fit card. She asked me how long it had been since I'd been fitted and I said "I'm good, I know what I want" She said they recommend fitting every 6 months. Cool. She immediately said to me "oh great a fit card, we stopped using those over a year ago" I said "ok, I still need to look at it to see the STYLES I want" so I told her and she walked me to the first style. She again asked "how are your current bras fitting" I said "great!". Her persistent questions about my fit were very condescending and I was getting annoyed. She asked me "what size are you?" I said 36DD and she immediately stopped and said "are you sure...you look bigger than that?" SERIOUSLY! Stay in your lane! For one, I was fitted 2 weeks ago in Nordstrom at a 36DD and I don't have to explain to you! Second, never question me what size I am and give me your opinion about sizing up my boobs! I know what size I am. I have been a retail manager in a department store and supervised the bra fitters! I know what I'm talking about. Stop assuming EVERY women is in the wrong size bra!! Your opinion about my size is disrespectful, creepy and annoying. I don't have to explain anything to you! Stop pressuring women to get a bra fitting and when I don't you give your opinion (which I didn't ask for) to me? Never in my life have I ever walked into a store and said "I'm a medium" and an associate has said "are you sure, you look bigger than that". Get outta here. This associate, I didn't get her name but I will is disrespectful and rude. I will NEVER shop at Victoria's Secret again!! So I keep forgetting to review this location at the Outlet Collection. This happened December 27th, around 6pm. Lines were long because it's after Christmas. I found what I wanted, stood in a long line, because I'm diabetic I was feeling ill, so I asked my daughter to get in line, and pay for me before I get sick all over their floor. When I got out of the restroom, my daughter said they wouldn't allow her to pay because it's my credit card, which I totally understand that it's for my protection. But when I went there to pay, the cashier said sorry but you'll have to get back in line. Which was longer than when I waited. They couldn't just call someone to help me? Apparently the manager came, and said the same thing sorry get back in line. I know it was a busy day for you, but don't be so rude. Be kind about the situation, and I wouldn't be writing about you. So I guess I really didn't need what I was going to purchase. They need more training in customer service, including the "manager". I normally drop 200.00 at VS. now never again. I tore up my credit card, after I paid it off. I'll spend my money elsewhere. I took notes, and for some reason the names Christine, and Sasha popped up. Maybe they were the gals that need training. It doesn't matter, anyone should've stepped in and be professional about it. I was planning on writing to corporate, but I no longer care, because I'm no longer a customer, and my friends, and family also knows. Reason I forgot to write the review back then was because right after the unpleasant episode, I went to the Kate Spade store, and oh my what a big difference in customer service! They got the money, and then some that I would've spent at VS. just because of their over the top attitude. I'm only reviewing this location and not Victoria's Secret as a whole. C'mon, who doesn't know what Victoria's Secret is!? Staff here are very helpful, attentive, and polite. They go out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of. I never feel rushed. The store itself is always clean and organized. The only complaint I have, which applies to all VS, is the perfume, scented lotion, etc. section is smack dab in the middle of the cashier counter. For those of us with chemical allergies/sensitivities, it's extreme torture to have to endure standing in a long line in the middle of all of this chemical aroma. Ok, enough of my gripe! I have loved Victoria Secret for years, probably well beyond what is fashionable for someone in their early thirties. I enjoy the ease of ordering online, getting the great VS discounts and free shipping then returning anything to the store that doesn't fit. Even though, often going into the store means a lot of impulse shopping! The associates are always wonderful and very helpful. Typically there is a line at the checkout but they are great at looking up my account, filling my bag with goodies and giving recommendations for my next trip in! read more

I came in to exchange a legging I got for my birthday, which was a size too small and I didn't have a receipt. I was then told by Char that I would have to pay the difference of the new ones because it was from last June and I didn't have a receipt . (A woman told us earlier where the section was of the same kind of legging). I was gifted the original leggings this April and didn't see why this was such an issue given it was a gift so I reached out to the manager Stacy or Stacie, she was amazing and dealt with the exchange very professionally. I also didn't appreciate Char talking 2 feet away from us about the situation to her other coworkers which came off very passive aggressive as we were at the front waiting to talk with Stacey. I don't mean for this to be of any diss to this store as Stacey and the other women there were very pleasant and kind to us and gave us a great experience it is just to bring awareness to be mindful of Char and to advocate for yourself in the case you have a similar encounter. If not, look for Stacey because again shout out to her for taking care of us and making things right. We are regulars at VS and Pink so I'm glad I was able to leave the store happy. read more

You probably know already that I, like most women from size 30A-40DDD, love Victoria's Secret. There is something for everyone here, high quality bras, panties, pj's from modestly cute flannel to the more erotic lacy lingerie, yummy smelling toiletries and cute accessories. A female in Victoria's Secret is like a diabetic child in a candy store. But let's talk about this particular location and shopping experience. The ENTIRE staff was so sweet and helpful! Typically at clothing stores you get the pretentious greeting when you arrive if you're "lucky", but upon shopping at this Victoria's Secret I was helped by multiple busy Associates as I was browsing the awesome bra sale (bras originally $59 for only $25, panties were all 50% off!) Even though the store was a busy mess (holiday weekend/huge sale) the associates were intuitively aware of my questions and needs and helped happily to ensure I had a successful shopping trip. Thanks, ladies! The cashier was extremely sweet, too. Like I said, the store was crazy busy. Even so, our cashier carefully made sure we were correctly rung up with appropriate promotions. She was kind and conversed sincerely and wished a "Merry Christmas"! Awesome and brave for these times ;) *A note about the price/quality of Victoria's Secret... You do get what you pay for. I must take the time to give BIG props when accolades are due! When someone makes a positive difference and makes my day, especially during the times in which we all live. A little kindness goes a long way. Today I went into the Victoria Secret store at the outlet mall in Auburn for the 5th time, trying to return two pairs of really pretty pajamas that my husband bought me for Christmas. Unfortunately the bottoms were way to big and were disproportionate to the top, so I was not able to change sizes. Each time I had come in to the store to try and exchange there was always some glitch, some reason why my pajamas were showing not purchased in the system, and my husband was unable to take time off work to handle this himself, so I had to do this, and it wasn't entirely enjoyable since I was recovering from a back injury. Needless to say, I was completely frustrated. Without going into every little detail, I will just say that today was very different. Not to say that the staff at this store has not always been very kind and helpful, professional. They totally have, but today Char, the manager made it really count.. went above and beyond, out of her way, and when she ran into road blocks, she made necessary phone calls to figure out the problem I thank you Char. I hate buying bras, I do it rarely. Back in June I needed a new one and I had a Victoria secret gift card, so I went in and bought the incredible bra..it fit great for a week or two.. then it stretched out, suddenly a lot of gapping, fabric dripping l, and straps falling off shoulders even as tight as they can go. Horrible especially for how much a bra cost ! I was in there again at the end of July buying a bachelorette gift ...which there was no options inventory was unacceptably low , but that's beside the point a whole ordeal in its own. But the fact of how horrible my incredible bra stretched out was brought up and the gal who helped me( o forget her name ) she said to go online and write a review that there was nothing they could do in store with out a receipt. she did measure for size and said I had bought the right size ... well today I was in there again with a friend who wanted to exchange gifts she had gotten ... the bras she had they no longer carried which is unfortunate Because they were gorgeous compared to the new grandma lace styles they offer so having no choice but to get a different one she spent the time to try some one just So they could tell her they wanted to give her the value of 25$ for a 68$ dollar bra that was a gift so she had no receipt .. she wasn't even asking for cash just a bra that fit and they wouldn't even match the value .. wow ... then our consultant I believe her name was Starsha was trying to give her the incredible bra to try at one point and I said " you don't want that" and she asked me why, so again I told her the situation and she said let me talk to my manager. When she came back she said we can do that for you with your ID and the tags .. ok cool how awesome, so I thought ... so after the stressful ordeal of trying on multiple bras and sizes as always,because none of the bras ever fit quite right,and hours I didn't have time for going by. she stepped and my room and advised me to go somewhere else, like adore me or Macy's... wrote down a bra that kinda worked but no decision made or any real acceptable fit and literally stopped helping us or checking us. She watched my friend go out on the floor doing her job of getting different sizes and what not. never acknowledged her at all or came back to see what she could do to help us ... so finally I settled on one that was ok and going to be the best option at that time ... opened the door and waited for someone who worked there to come by.. a gal came back I told her the situation and she said I needed to bring up your card I said card? You mean my ID or ? She said no the card you bought it with ... which was a gift card I don't have so with lack of information and lack of customer service and help I have now wasted 2 hours at least of my time that I had plenty of other things to be doing ... and left with the same stretched out garbage bra I went in with. Such a terrible terrible experience, horrible policy, overpriced product , lack of communication and customer service... so stressed annoyed and unhappy. read more

Slowest Victoria's Secret cashiers anywhere. This is the second time I've come in then left while waiting in line for a ridiculous amount of time when there's only one or two people in front of me. I don't understand why it takes so long but I know that you shouldn't have sales conversations while people have been at the cashier's counter for 15 minutes. They have a wide selection and I always find something good. They are just never speedy on the checkout. read more

We always go when there is a panty sale so it is pretty disorganized at the panty tables but that is to be expected. The sales people are always helpful. The smell of the perfumes is overwhelming though. I wish they would put it somewhere else so you are not forced to stand in it while you wait to check out. read more

Been to this place many times and never had a good experience i shopped for a a lotion and cologne spent $180 they didn't give me the free tote bag and i was asking for a free bags and Sarah the manager was so Rude and so inconsiderate the way she spoke to me is unbelievable. Not only that there was a missing 2 pcs of item in my bag so they cheated on me on the bag and on the items that i bought! I was not not happy i would rather go to Bellevue branch which is way nicer and nice people to talk to. Don't go to this place its bad bad! I will never go back to this place! I have had it with the Victoria Secret's in Auburn at the Outlet Mall and the South Hill Mall in Puyallup. I spend $100's of dollars there for myself and my three granddaughters. When I walk in the store WITHOUT my YOUNG granddaughters I am totally ignored beyond the point of getting the hint no one is going to help me. When my husband goes in "OH MY" they can't talk to him enough. One day I spent over one hour in the store and not ONE clerk spoke to me. Just because I am 63 doesn't mean I shouldn't shop there, that is the way they make you feel. They give you the half-grin like, really, what are YOU doing in here. That is fine, I will take my business to Southcenter. Everyone there is so nice and I tell them how RUDE the other stores are. OH, and Bellevue, well forget it!! They look at me like I should be in a nursing home wearing depends, not VS underwear. Sorry ladies, I have a lot more money I could give your store but it's a chinch I will put up with your total RUDENESS!
