I had a fantastic experience at kohl's today! The selection is top notch and the layout makes it so easy to find exactly what you're looking for. I also have to give a huge shout out to Cooper. He was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my entire visit. He went out of his way to make sure I found everything I needed, offering great suggestions and making the whole shopping trip feel effortless. It's rare to come across someone so kind and genuinely supportive while out running errands. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

easy making returns there today. 10/26/23. the woman working was funny and made small talk with everyone about what they were returning. i thought it was nice seeing pleasant humans in the world. i got my niece the rudolph stuffed animal and book. super cute. great placement to have people looking at while waiting to do a return. read more

I've shopped here before and found a decent selection of jewelry and clothing. The reason I stopped shopping at Kohl's has nothing to do with this location, but corporate policies involving the store credit card. I loathe using the card, but oftentimes am unable to redeem discounts and promotions without slapping it down during checkout. The last straw with this company was when they sent my bill very late (weeks after the due date, and it wasn't the first time) and then had the audacity to charge me a $45 late fee! Reversing the charge involved me contacting their credit department and getting a stern "talking to" for their mistake! I suspect they do this on purpose to collect more money from their customers. Apparently the only way to avoid this is to pay the bill within 24-48 hours of purchase. Never again. read more

The Flemington Kohl's seems to have a better selection than that Hillsborough location. The staff is friendly and quick to help with any questions. They are also following the COVID-19 safety protocols carefully. Everything is well-organized and the checkout lines move quickly. I also love the efforts Kohl's makes to utilize clean energy. read more

We visit the Kohl's in Flemington a lot. The store has good selection and friendly cashiers and service. But today was a terrible visit that will keep me from going back. The manager, Dave, was especially unkind to both his cashier and our family. We purchased three sets of sneakers. As we were checking out, Dave came over and made his cashier switch registers. He was nasty in attitude towards her. We had almost gotten through our purchase, but he still made her switch registers anyway. He did not help her as she tried to switch and that delayed our checkout experience even further. Then as we tried to walk out there was an anti-theft tag left on the sneakers that the cashier had checked twice already for size matching. When I took it back in, instead of any kind of apology the manager went into a monologue about how the tags aren't normally on that brand of shoe because it's not expensive enough. Thanks for insulting my spending habits as well as alienating a customer. Dave was rude, unprofessional, and not at all what I would expect from that store chain. Very disappointed and I will definitely choose others brands over Kohls in the future. read more

Went there today for the first time since they re-opened. The store is completely redesigned. One would think it is a good thing. On the contrary, the place is a huge maze/labyrinth!!! Some passages are so narrow, you feel like you are lost in the sea of clothing. You feel claustrophobic. I used to shop there once in a while, but not going back. Many other, easier to navigate stores around. read more

Not a bad place to shop. People are nice and they have awsome deals sometimes. The biggest problem I have w this store is the dust. I see people walking around doing nothing but adding milage on their shoes. I suggest that they clean a little better to better ratings. read more

I stopped into to pick up another My Pillow which I purchased there about a year ago. I was told they no longer carry that brand. So is a political thing or what?--Very very disappointed in Kohl's. I will stop shopping at Kohl's if this is the way they do business. My Pillow is a great product, no reason to not carry this brand. Shame on you! read more

I used to love this place but ever since they re-modeled I find myself going less and less and when I do I just leave annoyed. Their selection has really gone down hill and their prices have gotten way too high. The only place I even look anymore is the clearance rack because the prices have shot up so much. I was there today and couldn't even get near a clearance rack because they had six employees.....that's right six....working on one clearance rack. I'm sorry but that kind of thing should be done at night not in the middle of the day when customers are trying to shop. Once again left annoyed and I don't think I'll be returning.....it's just not worth it anymore. read more

I have been to this location many times in the past. The staff is nice with useful deals for the most part.

I recently went to Kohl's to do some holiday gift shopping. To begin, they are doing a great job with store safety practices for Covid-19, and I feel confident that shopping here is safe. Carts are cleaned and ready for the next customer, and hand sanitizer is provided. I began by looking at the clothes, trying to pick out a shirt for a friend. As I moved around the clothes, I noticed that a young girl who worked there was watching me. I was wearing an oversized jacket as it is cold outside, and they may have thought I was going to steal something. Each time I moved to a different shelf of clothing, she moved to the opposite side and started to move things around. I then went to the racks of clothing and she followed to the other side. At least make it less obvious! I went to the jewelry section where the manager Dave kindly greeted me. As I moved to different departments throughout the store, the same girl was close by. There used to be some very nice young people who must have been replaced. Dave and Sue are always very welcoming, friendly, and helpful every time I go to Kohls, and because of them I will return. Unfortunately, I felt very uncomfortable with being followed and watched and decided to leave. They have many cameras and loss prevention professionals who should be watching customers, not have store associates do that task. read more

I am appalled at the apparent return/exchange issue that my sister Amanda and her boyfriend Matt had while returning a shirt I gave as a gift. Not only did the cashier not give me the gift receipts I asked for so I had to give the full recepit in order for Matt to be able to change the shirt for his size. When they went to exchange the shirt the staff told Matt he could only get $15 for the shirt and provided not appropriate reasoning. I know I did not pay $15 for that shirt seeing as he had the full recepit. Now they threw out the receipt and will not let him get even the $15 because he doesn't have a recepit. I am so beyond angry at this customer service experience. read more

great selection! the staff is great and i like the new layout of the store! kudos! however, i don't see through the kohl's schemes! They mark their prices higher so they can "mark them down". I don't I get a good deal most the time I am in there until I get my Kohls cash! read more
