I believe it was Nick, he was quick to help and make sure I had exactly what I needed. Fast-forward to this week, I had to have my suit altered with a pretty quick turnaround, and they were super nice about it. I was completely expecting to hear that they couldn't do it, but they made it happen. Excellent customer service, excellent selection, and good prices. I will continue to shop at this location!

Best of all, these are really nice suits! The fabric is wonderfully soft and we made it to the wedding with minutes to spare looking like a million bucks. The store has a really nice assortment of suits, rental tuxedos, shoes, belts, hats, vests, jackets, shirts, and wallets. They even do dry cleaning! It was just over $46 with tax. The suit was clean and it was done on time but wow, the price was crazy. We will not do business with them again. It also was pressed a bit oddly on the lapel--it looked crocked when buttoned and on the hanger but when hubby put it on it was OK. Not happy and do not recommend them.

I've been going here for years, but I can't remember a time when I've felt that the people working weren't genuine and kind. You can bring as many items as you want into the fitting rooms. Sometimes there's an attendant that will ask if you need any other sizes, but often times, you can just walk right in. They have an equally large men's section for clothes, which I haven't found often. This is nice if we're shopping for my brother, or if I'm looking for clothes for my boyfriend. They have a lot of selection. This is one of the best Old Navys I've been too, and one of the best places to shop in McHenry!
