The owners are extremely friendly and know my wife and are helpful in finding the perfect gifts for me be them clothing, jewelry, home goods and more. And if I'm unsure of what to get, they have gift cards. It's one of the (very) few stores I'll visit with or without my wife. I find that this location is easier to maneuver around versus the Old Orchard location, however it was still pretty crowded on a Saturday afternoon (prime time probably). Lots of On Cloud and Hoka women's shoe options. Had a really good experience with the checkout line, I wish I could remember her name. Even though the shoes didn't ring up with the price on the box, she make the adjustment without any issues. In addition, she was savvy enough to know how to make split a credit card payment when using one of those annoying Visa gift cards and a regular credit card. Usually when those two issues occur, you get stuck in line forever - but with her it was a breeze!
