Half your parking lot is taken up by these worthless spots which do nothing but inconvenience shoppers who have a grasp on societies common courtesies. Ah Kohls! This one is a huge difference from my local kohls. Bigger and had more of a selection of stuff. Went here with my mom and my aunt because my aunt needed some more tops and clothes. We found things that we were looking for. Tho it does seem that Kohls sells less stuff than it used to, at least as far as clothes go. Anyways, found a nice top in the juniors section. Went to the fitting room to try things on- all the fiting rooms were a mess! Again, because this is still post covid times, there should be someone trying to check them and making sure other customers don't have to touch what others have tried on at least without knowing. Went here to do an Amazon return. The person who helped me was polite and efficient and it was very easy. Except that her manager was going from one of her team to another, shouting insults and chastizements at them like a fricking lunatic. Nobody should ever treat anyone like that. The nice underling helping me out saw my shock and said quietly, "She's always like this." Her coworker chimed in, "If I quit, it will be because of her." Flaming bitch on wheels. So, Kohls has this thing where if you order online, the items can come from a store that's closer than a distribution center. Well I ordered lipsticks where the tracking number said it came from this store. I was really disappointed and grossed out by what I received from the beauty department here. The lipsticks all looked like they had been opened and possibly used. Some were even put back in the box upside down! This is a health hazard and sanitary issue. Maybe management needs to make sure this beauty department isn't putting used returns back on the sales floor so they don't get shipped to customers. I was able to do an even exchange for only two of the colors at my local Kohls. I will have to order online again and then return the rest of the lipsticks from this shipment because I don't trust that they weren't used. read more

Sorry I need to update. We just dont shop at Kohls nearly as much as we use to ever since the coupons stopped working with some brands, you know who, Nike, adidas etc. I do understand that this restriction is coming from the vendors themselves but Kohls need to negotiate better. Being able to use those coupons on Nike was what SET them apart in a good business way/model from other retailers. I read an article recently saying how Kohls is struggling, way behind Macys and Nordstrom and I wanted to share my view in case someone important sees this, which are all my fellow yelpers! read more

I like Kohl's because of the bargain and great deals I can get. But the staff at this location are extremely rude. Karen in the jewelry department is very disrespectful. I asked for her help in finding some jewelry and she flat out told me I'd have to search each kiosk/ brand for what I was looking for, then rudely walked away. I also find that the supervisors never know the current sales, and are never helpful at the register with scanning coupons etc when there's a loading issue. My granddaughter left her bag at Kohl's in Nanuet, NY, on Saturday morning while shopping with her parents. Her parents looked for it and couldn't find it. I decided to call Customer Service. I spoke with Nicole and she took down my information. I received a phone call today from Nancy saying that the bag was found! I absolutely love Kohl's and I was at this location today and I had a coupon $10 off $50 purchase and I didn't realize that it had expired yesterday. I asked the lady at the register if they were able to honor it considering that I come all the time to shop, I have a credit card for there and spend lots of money. She scanned the coupon and it said that she needed an override (so it was possible for it to work) so she asked her supervisor Neil and surprisingly he said that they couldn't honor it. Now I may be over reacting but I feel this is terrible customer service. Even if he would honor it he's only losing $10 out of the $50 that I had to spend. So I put everything back and left the store. I was so disappointed and expected there to be no problems with me bringing in a coupon that was only a day expired. Oh well. read more

It is very convenient that they are open 24 hours just before the holidays. The only annoying thing is that most isles were completely blocked by re stocking crates so it was impossible to get to some areas. But, overall the staff very pretty up beat and helpful if I had any questions. read more

One of the better kohl's locations. It is an average store but the employees are really nice. They are helpful and if you ask nicely, would be more than happy to give you a coupon. I love this store. It's come a long way since first opening when the lines were ridiculously long, cashiers were slow and rude and there were never any employees on the floor to help. Now all that has changed! Lines move quickly, there's plenty of friendly staff in every department and there's always a manager ready to resolve any issue that may arise. The variety and quality of stock has greatly improved also. And the coupons! What's not to love about a deal and there's always one at Kohls. Whoever is running this particular store deserves a raise! Keep up the good work! read more

I love Kohls. I usually shop at Kohls.com and return to Nanuet as some clothes are a 6 on me and some are 8 or 4. Depends on brand and then it depends on the material. Only once did I get an exasperated Sales Associated. 99% of the employees are happy to help and all of the managers & asst. manager are very easy to work with.
