KOHLS-NEW BRAUNFELS We had the absolute SWEETEST woman ring the hubby and I up today! BRYN (the cashier) made the entire shopping experience a 10/10 ! I hate shopping and honestly rarely go to Kohl's because I think they are over priced and their women's clothes are ...just blah. That's only my opinion though ladies so don't come for me please Why I'm writing this review ~~ We only went in to grab a couple shirts for hubby ....so I said ,"Welp, I might as well go look at the shoe clearance rack ,while you painfully look for the shirts you want right??" Believe it or not , I found a pair of adidas on clearance in the youth section just under this sign that said , TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 50% OFF AT REGISTER . OF COURSE I grabbed the shoes and then hubby to go check out. When we got to the next open register ,there was Bryn with her kind smile ,... she walked us through the sign up for a Kohls card and was the most helpful, patient little GEM whom I am grateful for. Moral of the story (rant)really...... Sometimes it's the smallest things or things we think aren't that big of deal,that make someone write a positive review or makes us want to return there to shop even. So many people HATE their jobs and it shows!!!! It shows in their attitude It shows with their lack of patience It shows in their frown It shows in their huffs & puffs CUSTOMER SERVICE jobs are hard, I get that , I know from experience..... but sometimes you gotta fake it till you make it . I have just spent the last half hour trying to pay my bill by phone. I know business now use call centers from Philippines as it is cheap labor , but I had such a hard time understanding a word this agent said. When I would ask a question he would keep reading from a script....And then he kept repeating the same thing!!!! I was hung up on twice before I even reached this agent. This was a horrible experience and I am just trying to pay a bill. I will not be using my kohls charge card in the future. read more

Ordered online for pick up in store - New Braunfels, Texas... Item became unavailable at my store, so they changed the pick up to closest available store Aurora Colorado. I've called Customer Service 5 times so far have been hung up on twice and lied to three times. WORSE customer service! read more

Horrible experience. Waited in line to pickup and was told my order was cancelled. Manager said that there was nothing that he could do, despite having 5 of the items in stock. Offered me to purchase at 250% markup--also the "new" price online during a 4 hour period since I ordered. Waste of time and then wasted another 30 min on phone with international, unhelpful customer service. Was told that I had cancelled my own order....which I had not. And then that the item is out of stock and unable to be purchased...also false per my store visit. On another note, I tried to buy these Sephora items last month and the credit card machine was out for the remaining 4 hours of store hours, so clerk asked to come back the next day. Today was my final straw with them. Completely inefficient. read more

I've shopped at Kohl's several times as they have nice things at decent prices. The one time I went to this particular location I thought they were quite rude. I went to check out and saw a two person line. The girl checking looked up at me and continued to check. Then I noticed that people were going behind a rope. I asked twice "Is this not the line?" Silence. So I stayed behind the lady I was behind. Then after more people got behind the rope, the cashier says, "Excuse me the line is over there". Well that put me behind four people when I was only behind the one lady who wasn't behind the ropes. Surely, when I walked up and she saw me she could've said this then. Not impressed. I will be putting your stores on blast. We paid $49.99 for a pair of Levi jeans 2 weeks ago. My Son wanted a different color. We went this morning, we saw the , " buy one get one 1/2 off" cool. Get 2 pair. Go to pay, with a $20 coupon. 113 DOLLARS! You jacked up the first pair $20, so I really was not get the 1/2 off! Ok...whatever, I will use my coupon at least, NOPE, not good on Levis. What scam artists. I will NEVER go to your store again. I will tell my story all over social media, town meetings and even the "on your side" news station. read more

First off let me say I absolutely love Khols. I love the products and have been to so many locations. This is the only location I've ever had a problem with. It never fails when I leave this store. I get home and none of the security tags have been taken off my clothing. Prompting another visit the very next day to get the tags taken off. It's very frustrating and has overall caused me to shop there less and less. read more

Kohl's cash + 15% off + rewards cash = a really good savings. Yes the store at times can be a little disorganized. And yes sometimes employees aren't the most helpful (I don't think they make tons of $). I usually find a great deal, the store carries good brands (Nike, converse, chaps). Fortunately for me, I have had good experiences and the cashiers are sweet and seem sincere. Will continue shopping here because of the great deals/values. read more

The shopping online is not a problem. Quite easy really so they get a 3 star. But don't offer curbside if you don't have it. Had to park and go in to back of store to pick up items. Not a big deal but then told my items were in two different slots and that I go to get them myself. I was not dressed to go into a store and no one was there to really offer guidance. Visited Kohl's in New Braunfels store. Was so nice to see the store fully stocked and not a mess. The sales people were awesome. Had a couple of returns that were just sitting in my closet and I knew Kohl's had the no hassle return policy, but boy was that not the case today. First of all, the customer service associate who first "helped" me looked like she had just rolled out of bed wearing a plain t-shirt, clearly didn't respect her job enough to dress professionally. As I mentioned, the items I had were just sitting in my closet so they were a bit older merchandise, but I knew I had used my Yes 2 You Rewards account so it SHOULD have been easy to return them using my rewards account, but I guess Kohl's likes to screw over their customers because none of the items were pulling up on my rewards account on their end EVEN THOUGH I could clearly see it on my Kohl's App. Once the girl finally realized that she had no clue what she was doing (I doubt she was even trained for customer service), she called over another associate who was extremely rude and condescending. This lady was telling me that I had cut off the tags on the clothes and making her job harder, when I had done no such thing. She kept handing me back clothes that "had no UPC" and I was able to find the UPC on the tags I had supposedly "cut off," essentially doing her job for her. This rude lady proceeded to do a non-receipted return, which I understand usually comes back at the lowest price in the system BUT she was manually lowering the price from the computer with a calculator! I feel like I got scammed! She was telling me that clothes I had paid upwards of $20 were going to be returned for forty cents!! In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend going to this Kohl's location if there's one closer to you. read more
